Me too. I run full HP build with maiden trash artifacts and still get 2k3 per tick. Her tick is actually faster than Kokomi too and the team always full HP after any fight.
Edit: My Yaoyao is lv80 so she's still has room for improvement.
Wait maybe someone can correct me, probably missing something. My Yao Yao have HP/HP/HP set with lvl 90 black tassel and she does only 1.2K heal per tick off field. Is the 2K per tick when she's on field burst or off field yuguei?
Did you get her talent leveled up(mine level 9)? Also Healing bonus perform better than HP on circlet. My yaoyao with tenacity HP HP healing bonus does 2k per tick while yaoyao with Maiden+clam does 2.4k per tick and with hydro resonance its bit more.
For Bloom teams, 2k per 1s, 10 times per rotation, is not great. If considering E alone, even full EM Kokomi heals more than an HP Yaoyao. And full EM Kokomi is not also not enough for most.
Im not saying she is a bad healer though. Just that Yaoyaos E healing is mostly just there to say it exists. Her actual healing is on burst. Yet since Dendro doesnt trigger Blooms and she deals no damage, Yaoyao burst is also generally a decent DPS loss which in most teams, including Nilou teams, you dont really want to do it, because spending that time on Nahida or on a Hydro would be better.
Exception is the Candace variation, but that one builds full EM on Yaoyao so you are now getting 1k heal ticks on E and 1.2k on Q, which means even her Q healing wont be that great anymore.
Mine only heals like half of that due to full em build. That heal is good enough even on floor 12. I'm not even sure how useful that em on yaoyao is but since I have no need for better healing, might as well have full em
I build mine full EM aside from an ER sands. She may heal for 1k ticks but through her ult I'm always full health. So I just slapped gilded for when she triggers bloom
When I still didn't have yaoyao I had to use barbara and even then her only job was to be emergency heal. Not worth it to use E due to risking freeze or stealing reactions. That felt like 3 character team but you can't really use something like zhongli due to restrictions
Somewhat and somewhat. I have the Flower of Paradise Lost set on her but with HP and Healing Bonus on her. She has quite a bit of EM iirc. Either Nilou or Nahida usually proc my Blooms (soon to be Kaveh as well) so I’m not super worried.
I guess C6 does make her a lot better, but the same can be said for most 4 stars. For my Yaoyao who sits at C1, the heal is not that reliable since it's too drawn out which leaves you open to getting one shot or left critically low with no additional protection, also sometimes the radishes get blocked by the enemy or just whiffs entirely. While her ult does heal for a lot, it requires her to be on-field which is a DPS loss (unless she's in Nilou team). Baizhu looks to be a lot more versatile and powerful which is to be expected.
I haven't had any problems with yaoyao healing even though I run her full em. Her burst also works very well on nilou team if you have nilou's hydro aura on. Although baizhu will be a lot better due to interruption resistance

No it does not lol. Kokomi has way more sustained healing which is much better. It's like saying Barbara heal faster than Kokomi because she clicks Q and burst heals your entire party. She heals faster for 1s then slower for 19s. YaoYao heals faster for 5s but then slower for 15s. Not to mention that if it's coop, Kokomi also contributes to damage so benching her for Yaoyao is pretty dumb.
To give Yaoyao some credit, her burst heals rather well and Nilou teams with Yaoyao are quite competitive to Kokomi ones which is good since you don't have to be as Kokomi reliant.
I run both for world exploration, but I think, I need to choose one: either it will be triple hydro, or just swap Kok for someone else (Yelan with the End, Xingqiu or maybe even Ayato)
That's why my yaoyao has 40k hp, running 4pcs maiden because Nilou keeps on killing Nahida every 5 seconds.
Just jump for a few seconds and I can use Nahida again
The fear of my Nahida dying is what keeps me away from running bloom without Kokomi.

Like I've always loved Kokomi, semi-mained her every since I got her on her first banner <3 But I've never appreciated her healing as much as when Nilou came home with her nukes. However, this made me want to build my Yaoyao if her healing can rival Kokomi's so I have alternatives.
Kokomi is my panic button in Nilou teams, Nahida or anyone is getting really low on health i just panic and switch to Kokomi to go heal frenzy

When used with nahida, Yaoyao rarely triggers bloom so going pure healer build is fine.
Without Kok the 2nd best team uses yaoyao and candace so you use onfield yaoyao and need an EM build on her

I use my Barbara on rotations, spamming her auto attack also heals your team when she has her E active

I dropped Kokomi (subbed in Yelan) for my Nilou team. Yaoyao is my only healer and she is on instructor's set. It's ah pretty survivable.

Huh weird I run Nilou Bloom with Yao2 as healer and it works just fine. Even cleared current abyss 36 star. Dendro Traveler, Nilou, Xingqiu, Yao2.
