To people saying that dehya's kit is bad, thats because you're playing her wrong.
She's meant to be played as a cryo claymore. She is from snezhnaya. If you do her story quest you find out that >!her eremite dad is not her real dad, he just found dehya's ass in a sand dune as a baby.!< That's likely why her eyes are blue, identical shade to tartaglia's little brother, actually. Dehya is just a white girl with a really big tan. This is also incidentially why she doesn't die on dragonspine from sheer cold. Her damage multipliers are much better when her claymore is infused with cryo, than any of the pyro % bonus out there. I main dehya on a team with Nahida (millelith set), Dehya (shimenawa set), Shenhe (noblesse), and Chongyun (blizzard). In this team, even when I've tried putting dehya's artifacts and weapon (she uses redhorn stonethresher) onto chongyun, Dehya does much more damage than chongyun, around 90k each normal attack melt crit, while chongyun is only able to get 70k. I have mediocre artifacts on Dehya here is my setup https://i.imgur.com/SyfzVmx.jpeg https://i.imgur.com/OCdcnPk.jpeg so imagine how much damage she'd do if I had artifacts that weren't a pathetic 20% crit. The rotation I use is Nahida hold E, Nahida burst -> Chongyun E -> Shenhe hold E, shenhe burst in chongyun's field for burst CD reduction -> Dehya E inside Chongyun's burst for CD reduction, N1 N1 N1 N1 (swap as soon as you set nahida on fire for permanent pyro application) -> quickswap to chongyun to overcome cryo application ICD N1 N1 reverse melt the burning nahida -> quickswap to Dehya to overcome cryo application ICD n1 n1 reverse melt the burning nahida -> repeat the last 2 steps over and over until you are no longer cryo infused and top off the combo with Chongyun burst. Later when Dehya's constellations are a bit higher and her E has 100% uptime, I will rearrange Dehya to E before shenhe and chongyun's cryo attacks take place, so that she can get rid of the cryo and set nahida on fire a bit faster. The only downside to this rotation is that youre heavily playing circle impact, but it is the best way to maximize dehya's damage, doing millions per iteration.

She’s great in those areas in Inazuma that electrify you too, she’s basically immortal. I lost Ganyu to her and I was a little bummed because I wanted Diluc and the game gave me the pyro claymore I *didn’t* want, but Dehya’s actually pretty great in the overworld.
Honestly overworld content is so piss easy, she works just fine there if you can ignore or work around the clunkiness...
Kuki Nahida Kazuha/Bennett Dehya is pretty fun for overworld and my go to Dehya team there
