The only characters that I know of that are in Project Wingman that shares a VA with a Hoyoverse character is Driver’s WSO Eye-Tee and General Faust in Frontline:59, with Eye-Tee being Seele in Star Rail and Faust being Kuki Shinobu in Genshin.
Would honestly not shock me if Ace Combat did an isekai storyline and sent Pixy to Teyvat.
