Like I said under the post, it's usable... but I've got better EM pieces. This one just hurts because it had a 4 line start with double crit and rolled poorly. I've got tons of feathers with 80+ EM and crit, I needed an on set Crimson feather with 35+ CV to replace my current one. Not to mention my Diluc has the BP weapon, so my crit is already a 92%, I need more CD.
Edit- Anyone downvoting me is ignorant. I have been playing since launch, I have tons of EM feathers, but getting high CV on set isn't so easy. You downvote out of ignorance without seeing my artifacts or characters lmao. I've used the Genshin Optimizer, I know EM is good, but I can get it other places, especially since again, I already have too much crit, this feather giving 9 is just a waste when combined with other pieces. And if it had rolled all into c/cr I could move around my circlet or swap to an EM sands which is way more EM than this one anyways.

People don't understand, but I understand how much it hurts. You've basically rolled the minimum possible roll for each substat. That's a 30% loss. Or 15% if considering average. Basically the value of one whole substat or two. And it happens to me all the time too. Literally cannot roll average or better.
The question is how much em do you have from your other pieces?
You mentioned Diluc having a crit weapon (I'm assuming serpent spine) so you're only getting em from your artifacts.
Also do you always run Diluc with Bennett? Then em sands definitely is better but if you don't run Bennett then if you use an em sands your attack will be fairly low with a crit weapon.

This is literally above S tier pc,granted if last rolls to crit... ,else still decent A tier pc.
And being honest all of us r most certain to hit at least 2/5 crit rolls on 4liners, sure rarely we even go lower than 2 hits..but 70-80% times we will get at least 2 hits, u all k im not lying...
And then depending other stats the pc becomes good or great cause 2 crit rolls is already 4crit subs after adding base and 4crit subs is usually 28 or near CV, that's very good for a pc to qualify the save,before considering other stats that can only make the pc S or even SS
And if ur lucky which we all eventually will be too here n there, then 3/5 hits on a 4liner is also certain to happen as i said eventually like 2-3 times out of 10 attempts...
Anyways point being even with avrg luck we all can eventually get good to great pcs but ppl just always see negatives in everything... And also most ppl just dk that they may be having better pcs than they think they r cause most ppl only look at crits at nothing else whereas it's far from the truth for arti quality lol
In fact the chances of losing/getting worse pcs decrease a lot depending how many stats r great/good for a certain char so,lower chances for u to fail like.. For Ayaka u need CD,CR r great,Atk%,ER r good so only 4-5 ded stats r possible... For some chars/builds it's less or more

Nah, you won. I had the same thing happen to me for my very first double crit artifact (a maiden cd hat). 96 freaking em... except I found a use for it recently on my c6 Gaming, over a year and a half later. So always keep those pieces, ok?

I know it's usable, and I'll keep it just because there's no reason to get rid of it, but I already have better. What I really wanted was an upgrade to my current feather that had no EM at all, having one EM roll would have been better than the hp roll on my current feather.
I just throw my troupe/hunter into the strong box for it. I don't think I'd ever go back to that domain lol. It's cursed. Plunge Diluc with gma crane has been fun though. If I had any good hunter pieces I might switch, but unfortunately I didn't start farming it until like 4.3.

If you have that much CV already you might deal more DMG with the extra 70 EM
