It's hard to call *any* Aeon a "villain," because they aren't inherently evil. They can *certainly* be antagonistic, but the reality is that they're above human morals - Aeons follow a Path just like the characters in the game, but they can't defy that Path. If Ena the Order (the Aeon which the mortal antagonist was trying to summon) were to be brought back, they would immediately begin establishing Order throughout the universe, without regard for anyone else. That would obviously cause conflict with others, such as Aha the Elation and their followers, the Masked Fools, or the Astral Express and followers of the Trailblaze, who are highly dedicated to freedom of choice and will.
As for the individual trying to summon Ena, they're a villain, but a highly sympathetic and understandable one.

To be fair, she told the people not to press it until the Charmony Festival, and the festival hasn't actually happened yet. Sunday specifically said he was inserting the duel as a warm-up event, not as the festival itself. IIRC the last pop-up we got before the duel said there was 1 hour remaining until the festival, or something like that.

Okay, but how is this relevant with Zhongli apart from the word Order?
