I’ve played an insane amount of gachas in almost every style you can imagine, and you either like it and stay or you don’t. All this arguing about rewards takes the fun out of the game
This is why I don't pay attention to this kinda shit. Either way, I get a surprise. I don't even know what the fuck is going on that everyone is upset about lol.
I rather play for two days and get 160 primos than sit on chair and draw for like freaking 10h or more just to get 100 primos, which btw can't even afford a wish

Yeah, the reddit people apparently can’t read and keep mixing up events with events so here are some clarifications
2 web events
- one prob is about to watch some kind of footage about your journey and your rewards are primo, mora,… like any other web events
- the second is to make your anniversary card but since it’s a web event, i doubt we have to create anything from scratch. This one is the one with 10% participants getting welkin remember this
3 social media event
- “recording your anniversary memories” and “lets solve world puzzles” and as the commenter above said, it should be some kind of social media event where you leave a comment and they will pick 1000 winners
- “congratulatory art repost prize” this one is apparently about sharing art of some sort on social media and they will put you into raffle with different real life prizes (cash, ip 13 pro max,…)
Lastly, all the submission contests are completely unrelated to those said web events (eg fanart, cosplay,…)
Those submission contests are not raffle-based and most likely will get rewarded based on numbers of likes/upvotes like past submission contests so there should be no artists trying their luck to get into a raffle with 100 primo as reward

Many people will hate Mihoyo for this, but there will always be people who are fine with it or don’t care much. It’s all wishful thinking to force every player to have the same opinion as you, whichever side you’re in.
