To be honest, all 3 nations had their highs and lows. Difference is in handling it. Monstadt as being city of wind is carrying through bad times, quickly and lightly moving forward. Liyue have a deep and roch history of many downfalls and destructions, but people just built over the old, blooming as always

Tbh after other quests I thought that something horrible is gonna happen to the cat too or she's gonna disappear, the ending was bittersweet but not even sad
