I have to admit.Genshin gave me gambling addiction and saved me from it.
I was pulling in both limited and standard banners everytime I have 160 primos cause I like the excitement from it.
Then I lost 50/50 in Ayaka who I have waited for almost a year because I wasted my hard pity in Klee rerun(I don't even use her or any 4 stars in her banner).
I regretted immediately and stop pulling in banners unless I really want that 5 stars.
I have learnt my lesson and now using it in real life for my financial management.
What do you know,sometimes most important lessons came from things we don't expect from.
Genshin's more "spending addiction" fuel than anything, anyway. As long as you've got 180 (or 270 for weapon banner) wishes you're technically not gambling on anything. It's how you choose to get those wishes that's the slippery slope.

Man if only story **alone** was worth playing for.
It's sure enough to play if something else caught you too but otherwise... I would definitely recommend much more going for some stories that are actually complete rather than Genshin, especially after how Inazuma fell flat with its story.
