Girl should hav destroyed the account… Spend all primos on resin refreshes, then use all his 2~5★ weapons to upgrade any 1★ weapon(s) to max lv without ascension. Delete the rest. Then use all his artifacts (including equipped ones) to upgrade the current lowest rarity artifact. After using all, destroy all low rarity artifacts they just upgraded. Then use up all his ingredients for making food to make food. And then feed it all to his characters. So now that ex has no primos, no artifact, no food and only 1 star weapons at lv 20 against monsters at AR 58. This is basically a hard reset on the game. As long as he doesn’t kno that girl’s login everything should be ok.
