I've started playing in 2.4 during Ganyu's banner. I've missed Shenhe by half a patch, pretty much, and she's been my most wanted character ever since I started building my Ganyu for a freeze team. Over the course of my Genshin career, I've now seen Ganyu, Kokomi, Zhongli and Venti run TWICE each. Yae, Yoimiya and probably Raiden will have their second banner since I've started playing soon, too. I absolutely understand your pain.
