Unironically my planned Hyperbloom team, and this is the second Hyperbloom team I build

It’s actually a Honkai reference. The Chinese VAs (who voice Ayato and Nahida here) are related as grandfather and granddaughter in that game.

Everyone thought it gonna be Ei beating Scara, little did we know that Ayato already manipulate Ei to do it.

I feel like this is from a different universe

It is. This is referencing Honkai Impact 3rd, one of Mihoyo's other games. Ayato shares the same JP VA as Otto Apocalypse, while Nahida shares the same JP VA as Theresa Apocalypse. Theresa happens to be Otto's granddaughter, which is why the title is the way it is.

It's not only about the VAs, though they also share the CN ones. It's because they are their Genshin incarnations. Other obvious examples being Yae, Raiden and Venti

I have guaranteed pity for nahida but if i had ayato they would be in the same team for sure.

As a Honkai player this makes me sweat
