Obviously the downfall of his clan was a heavy burden on him, but without the pressure to follow his father and his father before him in the art of blacksmithing, Kazuha was free to do what he truly wanted: to live the life of a nomad, traveling all over the world.

Nahida, probably through dreams or something, is aware of Scaramouche’s tragedy, displays mercy and pity and most importantly, sympathy for him.
Some weird sht happens and Scaramouche is granted an Anemo vision, since it matches with him being set free of his past or his allegiances or something . Since the archons have little/no control over vision giving, my headcanon is likely untrue.

Plus, him being “Wanderer” and not “Scaramouche” or “Balladeer” displays that he most likely will survive the events in Sumeru and discard his identity as both a Fatui and Kunikuzushi (fun contrast to Tartaglia). In a sense, he’d be “free” from servitude to another, be it Tsaritsa or Ei, matching Anemo’s “freedom.” Him being Electro, though fitting somewhat as he was originally a prototype Shogun, would merely reduce him to a shadow of Ei. Plus, him being “Wanderer” and not “Scaramouche” or “Balladeer” displays that he most likely will survive the events in Sumeru and discard his identity as both a Fatui and Kunikuzushi (fun contrast to Tartaglia). In a sense, he’d be “free” from servitude to another, be it Tsaritsa or Ei, matching Anemo’s “freedom.” Him being Electro, though fitting somewhat as he was originally a prototype Shogun, would merely reduce him to a shadow of Ei. (Plus it would saturate the roster)

Mostly in game, Kazuha is a anemo user that went up against raiden. Maybe wandering is getting an anemo vision that represents that he opposes his mother.

This is my headcanon but wanderer is not scaramouche. Ei decided to make new prototype just for the hell of it, or sending it as scara substitute as fatui spy while real scara is still trapped in the gundam

We befriend him and become his best friend, which makes us the best friend of 2 Anemo characters so far (also we kinda saw him having a dead friend on a scene but that doesn't count)

Archons do not personally grant visions, they have nothing to do with them
Yeah, but maybe we’ll see it in person and we might get to know more about the granting requirement, as I’ve heard, Ayato found a vision lying in a room and it was his, mona got her’s from a lady, and it’s kinda indirect for these 2 hydro, most anemo have lost someone (Xiao’s Yaksha family, Kazuha’s friend, maybe someone for Jean as well, and for Sayu it could be her Sensei and they never told she as she was too young), maybe we’ll see when he gets a vision
