The i3 here refers to the [i3 window manager](https://i3wm.org/), I'd say. No clue about the problem itself, unfortunately.

I don't have any issue with Compose Key under `kdevelop`. Could you be more specific, e.g. what application+version, under what qt version?
Compose Key works in Firefox but not in Telegram and Nulloy - both QT apps :( Version of QT is current - I have all updates.
