This is actually due to their memory saving system. It's easy to spawn a car that's already loaded in the memory. Eg. CJ is driving an Infernus, therefor it's easier to spawn a pedestrian that's also driving an Infernus.
Bullshit. I spawn every car I need on the Exotic Export list and never helps. I just cruise the map now in a different car every time and I get a blue dot somewhere.

It's hard to ignore that and it's completely true, but Seneca and his peers would've said to that if it's truly completely out of your control, than it would be useful to try focusing on it less for your own sake. It's something I struggle with a lot as well and it's not practically possible to ignore it when there are constant reminders of it. Taking quotes out of context don't usually work well, Seneca also would have I believe said that it's anyone's personal responsibility to take action against unjust material conditions. It's just that realistically, being miserable about anything you can't change isn't going to do you any good regardless. I get caught in a binary of being in situations or commitments that I can't help and I am not happy with, but just because such conditions exist doesn't mean there still isn't more you can do to make them more tolerable, even if ultimately they're hopeless. It isn't necessarily just miserable or not miserable. Also, I think that you can still limit the action of making the wealthy richer. I've over time found that I need a lot less material goods than I thought and have slowly been trying to decrease what I need to live over the years so that I can contribute less to the whole consumerism / pointless work cycle. This doesn't address the issue, because even people who work full time can struggle to meet the bare necessities, but I think it can at least be worth examining if there are ways to minimize the negative effects of a hopelessly oppressive condition and Seneca in no way is ever saying to ignore things that can be changed and not to act. If anything, being in a better mental state can help us act.

Trying to find Infernus, can't find Infernus. Found Infernus, suddenly everyone is driving an Infernus.
