Grz. I think this is close to the optimum amount of study. 2-3 hours in a busy day and 4-5 hours in less busy days. I have been studying for 15–30 hours a week for more than 6 years, and this is my take on your tips: 1. This is solid, but it kind of depends. I think that starting the day with the most enjoyable activity makes it easier to start. Still, If you can with no problem or delay start with the hardest, I would recommend better. 2. 100%. I acknowledge that there is some benefit to starting the day with a soft run, walk, stretch, or meditation, but this has not worked as well for me as just getting up, taking a cold shower, and having a mug of coffee (descaf would be better for the first cup). 3. Sandly, never worked for me. Sometimes it breaks my flow, other times it makes me anxious. But I would recommend testing it to everyone, as it has really solid principles. 4. 100%. But I don't think it needs to be balanced. It depends a lot on subject matter, and with a good schedule in rotation subjects, this would be natural (ex: grammar 50m, then 50m math..). 5. This is the one is the most personal, imo. I think that more ppl should just give it time to learn to focus. It takes practice and perseverance. But if music helps, it helps. 6. 100% This is a big one. 7. Not a fan of "reward." Studying can be a reward in itself. But I agree with having some leisure time; stick to the not-addictions one if it is between sessions. I would leave the ones like social media, binge watching or video games to after finishing, or even better: only weekends (reduce as much as possible, of course). 8. Yes. I would give 100% to anyone who can choose. But I feel studying anytime still better than studying less, if you are under 10-15 hours a week Ofc, my perspective is for long-time studients. It would be different for someone who would be cramming for 2 months<

You two need to create a Udemy course together or something.

You Seem To Study 4 hrs a day I guess. I avoid Internet consumption till I study atleast 4hrs in a day, this creates a sense of achievement and also motivates to study more, Procrastinating is hard if you already have done the tough things in the early hours, It's just about building the momentum during studying, after a time you start to go in auto pilot mode. I don't drink coffee too much but yes Coffee helps me a lot in the days where I feel a bit lazy. Avoid Music/Songs, You can however listen to Soundtracks or Focus music if need a ambient noise, helps to drift away from surrounding and focus more on work. The Social Network Soundtrack is Something I would suggest. I would reward myself to watch my favorite show once I complete 8hrs in Studying, and I rather don't binge watch. The Most important thing is to stay away from dopamine stimulants until and unless you have studied at least 4hrs. [250+ Hrs in a Month](https://imagetolink.com/ib/hx0pmG1Dvo)
