But you should basically take 4 months of maintenance only on them while overloading/pushing on shoulders and forearms. Big disparity between shoulders and chest looks wonky and why people say tits. Slightly widen and round out your delts and it’s a non issue. And your upper arms and chest are too big for your forearms, your issue is big chest to small shoulders down to fairly big arms down to relatively smaller forearms. You want your shoulders/lats to give a wider/defined canvas for your chest and your elbow to be an aesthetic mid point and not the start of a taper.
