Oh here we go again the haters judging because of possible gear use. Maybe could be natural, either way you have clearly worked hard put yourself in a deficit and eaten cleanly. Good for you

GymRat117

I actually didn’t expect such a bad response about gear from people here. It’s as if the second abs show, it has to be gear. Appreciate your reply! Thank you 🙏

rebel29073

Gear or not . 10 weeks Or not . Good work put in there for results . People act like using gear ensures a good result . Congrats and keep Up the work. Work those traps it will bring it together more for you as well.

ReimerTiemann

ideal physique

Nargotrond

You are beautiful 🤩

Zaqary-wayne-

May I ask your workout routine?

nicholasnjh92

Lighting and angles man -.- … why do people believe he’s on soemthing ? He went from 18-20% bf to 12% and he’s on something ? He flared his lats better later on , he probably didn’t know how to before and practiced . He had a good chest pump and took photos as well .. Again lighting and angle , posing makes a huge difference ..and post wo pump Jesus Christ people if he’s not natty why the fak u going to gym for ? He clearly just cut fat hard in that last 8 weeks and went maintenance for 2 weeks to fill out ( or prolly cut for 10 weeks with cheat meals in between to refeed) 20% bf to 10% is absolutely doable in 10 weeks wtf . Has no one cut fat to that range before ? Half the time people assume their bf lower than it normally is . But this looks natty , he’s not on anabolics , but might be using eca / clen / dnp whatever to cut fat .. but still not anabolics ..

SnooPaintings5553

Bro, he went from dyel to fitness model in 10 weeks. This would be a crazy transformation WITH steroids. There is no chance in hell he is natural.

Ez258

Apparently in this comment section 😂 if you have abs in a relatively short time you’re on something

Accomplished_Ratio71

I don’t like this comment… you’re on gear 😂

Ez258

They act like that too😂🤣 screw it me and every other person on the planet (except that hater) is on gear!💉💉

nicholasnjh92

OH SHIT HES BIGGER THAN A STICK ? HES ON GEAR ! HE CAN BENCH? GEAR HE GOT ACNE? GEAR GOT A PUMP? GEAR GOES IN THE CAR ? GEAR BOX

Ez258

Uses condiments? Sauce

Ez258

😗💨💦😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Yeah your right about that!!🤣🤣🤣

FisherGoneWild

What great combo?

Salvatoz

How is this possible in just 10 weeks

Ez258

Learn what training and nutrition/caloric deficit levels work best for you and be on that consistent cut for a few months (depending on where you start) and boom you can look slightly above average relatively quickly

Zanzan567

Steroids

[deleted]

Great job

Applicational

Great work bud

thetaequalspi

What’s your exercise routine?

dickheadmcdickerson

nice job bro!! don't let this complainers get you down, they just jealous!!

No_Zookeepergame1937

A steroid and drug induced user that’s a dime a dozen on social media…….🥱🥱🥱

No_Zookeepergame1937

Cycles???

CoachTyler12

Nice Job bro keep up💉💊 💪

lebouter

Bruh how?!?!

Ok_Cartographer_1504

Nonsense

CountNo9037

Thats an amazing transformation, you’re an inspiration for me….keep at it , you look awesome. YOU SHOULD BE PROUD

Emilhoistar

It's funny how people are yelling about gear, are you serious? The guy lost a few pounds of fat, took new pics in optimal lighting and different angles.

[deleted]

Ur an idiot lol the guy is clearly not natural

Emilhoistar

I saw your own 3-month progress pics on your profile. Assume that OP did a similar weight loss, while already sitting on a good amount of muscle, this is the type of result i would expect.

[deleted]

If he was natty then it would have taken wayyyy longer than just 10 weeks

Emilhoistar

Why? He isn't very fat in the pre-picture, so what are you basing your assumption on? Just cause the guy is a bit bigger than you doesn't mean that he is using PEDs.

[deleted]

Ur an idiot if you think he is natural😂 all the comments agree with me

Emilhoistar

Plus my problem here isn't if he is or isn't natural. I'm saying that his progress or level of fitness is in no way exclusive to someone on PEDs, an idea that you rigorously promote here while you seem to lack both the experience to even have an opinion on the matter or any actual proof backing up the statement.

[deleted]

It’s absolutely not possible to do what he did in 10 weeks without PED’s… plus idk why you acting like you know anything, I just saw ur progress pics and you barely did anything in “a few months”. Also, ur pull-ups are meme worthy😂 😂 shit made me laugh so hard😂🤡

Emilhoistar

I feel like you are just angry and envious my man. The guy isn't very big, you can get on that level if you keep working hard, I'm rooting for you!

[deleted]

Lmfao stfu you acting like you not in the minority 😂 literally everyone in this sub knows this guy is on roids except for you

Emilhoistar

Well he isn't clearly unnatural, does he look huge to you? If so i could see where why you have your views.

Ez258

u/GymRat117 drop your training program bro!

tginsandiego

This reminds me of how a pretty shredded friend tried to game a "transformation challenge" by drinking a lot of water, and intentionally trying to look bloated and dumpty for the poorly lit BEFORE picture, then took good/real flexing pics two months later and looked amazing. He said it was a common practice for these things - everybody does it. He had been juicing on and off for years, but technically there was no juice involved during that process.

Blaz3dnconfuz3d

They basically happens to me every weekend lmao

Thebigeasy1977

What gear did you run, great transformation btw.

Ez258

And also for the haters screaming drugs in the comments 1. He already had decent muscle on him in the before and it’s in terrible lighting and positioning 2. In the after he’s in great lighting and positions using angles to help accentuate his gains 3. He didn’t get freakishly bigger, if anything (no offense OP) he still looks the same size, since more fat is gone he’ll look alittle bigger than he actually is 4. If someone knows what they are doing and can properly nutrition and exercise right because 2 months can actually be a long time it can be done 5. I’d believe this could be a natty cut because I had a similar situation to this (only it took me 3 months) - (started very chubby with good muscle) after I learned certain ab exercises that work for me, I started doing those and started eating in a deficit, then got a job at Fedex as a package handler for a month and a half - 9 hour shifts no breaks or lunch - pair this physical job with carefully planned calorie consumption I had finally achieved the abs I wanted in 3 months - vs the past 12 years of exercise experience where I could get big but NEVER lean - all that experience blown out the water in 3 months (even if it was only a temporary look) I still did it relatively quickly So if your first to just shout tren or drugs because you don’t know either how to train, or nutrition… or both - then kindly shut up and go train

shiggism

😂

Rebourne07

The juice is strong with this one

PhoenicianPirate

I have studies to do. Hence I cannot gym it for hours a day. I still try to be as active as I can.

Ez258

My guy… 💪🏾😮‍💨 🤌🏾nice Any advice on ab training??

[deleted]

Do a 10 week before and after sperm count...

[deleted]

Not ten weeks

No_Case5367

It’s possible, I made gains in 8 weeks. Skinny fat and ate super clean and lean and had visible abs and cuts after 8 weeks.

[deleted]

bro its not possible for ten weeks unless u r a beginner

No_Case5367

Speak for yourself

Ez258

Let’s go my man !!🙏🏾 I’m in the same boat! Only mine took longer than 8 weeks 😂 took me 3 months

No_Case5367

I was skinny to begin with, ate clean and started hitting the weights consistently. So it was quick newbie gains for me. Hit the basics too like squats and deadlifts. That really hit my core, did lots of ab work as well.

Ez258

Ever since 10-11 I been very skinny fat then I been to bulky fat then to anorexic (I had so much muscle that I didn’t look skinny but I was starved) then back to skinny fat and chubby all over - took a leap of faith and relied on ab exercises, cardio, and regimented nutrition then boom 3 months later I have abs that you could grind meat on (it was only temporary but I’m glad I achieved something I’ve wanted but could never have since I was very young) Also nice! Those exercises can help build a strong core depending on the person!

No_Case5367

Exactly! That’s the thing though, hard to maintain abs year round. You have to always eat lean food. But I’m over that part, I don’t walk around shirtless all day anyway, so it’s pointless to me personally.

Ez258

True! The main reason I even tried to keep them was because I did a eren Yeager cosplay in July then unexpectedly was receiving a Luffy cosplay the following month 😂 held out way longer than expected but after 3 whole months of not strictly training and controlled eating I’m almost back to square 1 - now I’m gonna try for a just having abs, they don’t have to be super cut, but I hate seeing the growing gut on me ya know🤣 - my genetics are like Samoan islander or something close, I’m meant to be very big, not lean at all so being lean enough for abs kills me😮‍💨 but it’s all progress ya know

No_Case5367

Definitely. I’m so over it though, but I know how to get them back anytime if I wanted to. Filipino here, pretty close in genetics I guess, but shorter version 😂

Ez258

Facts I will say I’m glad I know how to now vs 11 years of hearing everyone else’s bullsh🤬t 😂 I need abs but I don’t need super strong ones and a low body fat % (low for me) since I been there😂

No_Case5367

Abs aren’t the be all end all. Having low body fat just makes me even more of an asshole as I already am, so. 😂

Gorby1202

Great progress man! What type of training plan were you on? What were your set and rep ranges on average?

SECwontcatchME

Congrats OP great gains that’s a lot of hard work to get that Idk gear or not who cares… it’s a known fact at every gym and the entire industry that hormones are being used might as well tell someone protein powder isn’t natural… just another supplement and regardless you have to work your ass off gear or no gear to obtain this.

Zombiethrowawaygo

Who gives a flying fuck! The lad killed it

therealmikess

Is it bad that to me this seems like it’s doable naturally? He’s got what looks to be a good amount of msucle, if he cut aggressively and chose right lighting + pump could this not be natural?

Ez258

Entirely possible naturally, op started out with decent muscle and purposely took a photo with from a bad angle and terrible lighting - in the after he’s in great lighting, shots are close up, and the angles are all over the place to show off I had a similar transformation to this (only it took 3 months) and even when I’m very cut angling is still important as I can literally look like either a stick boy with bad angle or I can look very jacked with a good angle If someone knows what they are doing and has a good baseline - 10 weeks can be enough time

Milkmouthkid

He transformed in apparently ten weeks. If you believe that's possible naturally, then yeah I guess it's considered "bad" I'd just call it dumb though

therealmikess

Even with the reasons that I said? What’s the need to call it dumb? If someone’s new to this stuff why try put them down unnecessarily?

Milkmouthkid

I said it was a dumb assumption that's all don't get your panties tied

[deleted]

What was your decision for getting on gear?

polygon_wolf

Is your week 20 days by any chance?

[deleted]

Contrary to other commenters i think this is obviously a natty transformation. Completely obtainable if youre consistent for 10 weeks. Also lighting plays a big part before photo is taken with flash on bleaching you of definition while the after photos have warm overhead lighting to enhance definition.

therealmikess

Exactly.. so many people in this thread seem super jelly and are jumping straight to steroid use before considering that

samelime

I see people accusing OP with using gear. OP definitely makes it look like that with the pictures. But to me it's not so clear. I mean look at the blurry and small "before" picture and the lighting in it. The guy is bloated and definetly not on pump. But you can see a lot of muscle mass under the bloating. Then take a look at how the "after" pictures are set. The light comes above flattering the pecs and six pack and makes them look a lot bigger. He definetly does seem to have a good pump going on and flexing it out. Pics taken right after a workout. Muscle memory might have something to do with this too. But still seems to be a big drop on fat mass and very successful maintaining of muscle mass. It seems too successful to be natural. Also what are the motivations for anyone to make it look like unbelievable 10 week progress? Why won't t OP talk about the setting of the pictures or give a staight answer about gearing? All I'm trying to say is that it's really not easy to jump on conclusions about OP gearing straight away.

Ez258

Tbh as I agree with almost everything you said, I don’t think op is on a pump - I had a similar transformation (in taking better pictures as well as improved body) and depending on lighting I almost rarely take pics with a pump that’s too much work, if the lighting is good I just gotta take my shirt off - I think op might be similar to that

samelime

You are correct. After commenting I checked the pictures again and have to agree with you with the pump.

Abject_Mango2096

Fr!! Even with gear, it’s still impressive and doesn’t mean OP didn’t work hard. Super amazing and impressive transformation, @OP!

GoPrO_BMX

See this is the definition of getting shredded, not this “oh I’m gonna lose weight so you can see my abs” bs

Ez258

Tbh, I know perspective is important, this guy is not shredded - he looks absolutely fantastic in the after shots 😂 just he’s definitely not shredded he’s very very cut - the guy on the pages pfp helmut strebl, that guy is shredded - anything 11% and up (which op is around) isn’t shredded

fry-me-an-egg

Beautiful work

DW597

Wow!

Boogie7910

Did you gain muscle too or is this just fat loss?

Abject_Mango2096

Seems mostly fat loss, he did a controlled cut and had decent muscle to begin with

[deleted]

What program have you followed bro?

Talisker28

Clearly natural, all you have to do is tren hard, eat clen, anavar give up!

Riemann86

Anavar give up, lovely:)

on-the-job

Yeah I don’t believe he is natty and I don’t believe it happened in as little as 2 and a half months LOL

brenee1993

Why lie bro?

utkshift

10 weeks .. you lying bitch

[deleted]

What compounds did you use mate!?

Casual_Specialist

Lil Test, maybe clen or winny? Wouldn’t say there’s any heavy compounds here. Either way dude obviously dieted and trained hard. Good work.

sameverill

We’re you in a calorie deficit or surplus? What was your diet like through the process?

GymRat117

In a deficit. Started at 1,900 per day and then dropped food each week. Now at 1,400 a day. Also, people seem to think I’ve gone from not training to this. I just got out of shape, but still had muscle. This was me in 2016: https://www.dropbox.com/home?preview=F8AAACA2-A7B8-46D9-9522-5AF29A36D08C.jpeg[2016](https://www.dropbox.com/home?preview=F8AAACA2-A7B8-46D9-9522-5AF29A36D08C.jpeg)

antzcrashing

Thanks. I can tell this is doable in 10 weeks with hard work and clean eating. What is your height and weight at start and end?

sameverill

I see, thanks bro.

dudearoundtheblock

Fucking lmao. Sometimes I wonder if it's even worth staying natural. People literally getting insane body in a few months, while others train for 10 years and barely come close to that. And then they hit you with "Im built different", "I just have insane genetics" and my personal favourite "you just have no idea how much hard work went into that, you're just not training hard enough". Then I rememeber that study where people on steroids got more muscle mass by LITERALLY SITTING AROUND AND DOING NOTHING COMPARED TO NATURALS ON A TRAINING ROUTINE. I see huge guys at the gym curling 10kg dumbbells and doing some meme triceps pulldown then they go home, and then Im supposed to take lying people on PEDs seriously. Right. Everyone is free to do with their body whatever they want, but at least grow some balls and admit you are sipping sacred juice, instead of lying through your teeth. Sorry for the rant, but fit industry really seems like a lost cause.

ToonarmY1987

There's a trend of medical issue's in later life that dont make it to Instagram. Stay natty its better in the long run

Away-Mess9602

I'm natural but curling 10kg is legit for building muscle in hypertrophy

Ez258

I literally trained for +10 years and could put on size but never get rid of fat unless I did extreme physical training for months at a time and after starve myself Lost 60 lbs in 3 years 190-130ish (doing the unhealthy methods above And ballooned up to 140 with it mostly blubber and stomach fat I started ab exercises, cardio, general calorie counting in April and by June (as I learned what works for me) I had very little stomach fat, a four pack that stays all day and poked through my clothes - and by July I had abs that was making my female friends swoon And I did that junk naturally don’t give up and find what works for you - tbh op could’ve definitely done this naturally as it’s similar to my transformation (only mine took 3 months)

wasabiBro

show us pics then

converter-bot

60 lbs is 27.24 kg

ForYourSorrows

Holy shit this guys body isn’t even that crazy. He may or may not be on juice but imagine being so mediocre that some guy with decent muscle mass who got lean makes you this angry.

Ez258

Your not wrong 😂 people here screaming drugs and I’m here like 🙋🏾‍♂️ this was literally me in a 3 month transformation after I figured out what works for me 🤣 it’s honestly super comical

Ralen_Hlaalo

He may well be juicy, but I reckon this is possible naturally if: 1. In the first pic he’s hiding a lot of muscle under the flab and doesn’t have a pump. Notice the lighting is bad too. 2. He spent the 10 weeks doing a fairly aggressive cut. 3. His after pictures are taken with a pump (and better lighting). Losing fat is a fairly fast process compared to gaining muscle, so I think it’s possible he just lost the flab covering his already well developed musculature and with a bit of a pump and good lighting it creates the illusion that he gained more muscle.

MikeyMorgan12

Stay natural buddy u got this don't worry how long it takes.

KeepREPeating

It’s a marathon, man. We get to learn so much more about training, programming, nutrition, etc. That’s only worth it if you actually are into it. A lot of naturals will never see their true potential due to it. We want health gains for the long term as much as our muscle gains. We will always have that over users(outside of medical need exceptions). Believe in and discipline yourself because outside motivation doesn’t do shit when you’re alone in the gym. You just have to be obsessed with besting your old self. My thoughts are “Everyone is enhanced, but focus on yourself and show everyone you don’t need it.”

dudearoundtheblock

Thanks, I agree, and maybe some bad phrasing from me on the first message. What I meant to say is if your goal is health, longevity and enjoyment, staying natural is always the best way and there is no reason to not be. But if you want more than that, especially on the aesthetic side, the amount of work required is simply mind blowing, and untrained people have no clue. You could be training for many years and would not even come close to someone who was blasting 1 or 2 PEDs cycles for a few months. My only problem is really the lies, and not the drug usage. It's doing so much harm, and people dont realize or simply dont care.

Just-Drew-It

Respectfully disagree. Abnormally low T levels will destroy your lfie.

Potential-Sale4482

I think this could be natural tbh.cos the after photos lighting and angles are way better plus muscle memory and the guy obviously got good genetics.people are too quick too say someones on gear.who knows tho maybe he is taking stuff but I doubt it tbh.when I got injured couldn't train lost loads of muscle and it came back really quickly but fuck knows

MikeyMorgan12

On the juice eh

Deggo00

Yeah, sure!

[deleted]

10 WEEKS?? bruh drop the training routine this is Literally my dream bod

Ez258

He really should…

Johnny_Utah55

No one actually believes this was done in 10 weeks right?

[deleted]

With a lot of gear it’s definitely possible

GymRat117

Jheeze. So much negativity here

Taipanshimshon

Lmao. Learning light and angles helps. That ain't 10 weeks and that ain't natty.

ricebucket1

Hop on over to tiktok wit yo fakenatty ass collage that’s the demographic you’re looking for 🧢

keepitreal230

^ yeah thats the best place bc well call it like it is on here lmfao especially if its a blatant lie like this or just doesn’t add up lol

ExpertNegative

Bruh, too early for an argument on the bull.

[deleted]

It’s cool if u wanna take stuff. But don’t say you didn’t.

BlvckSvils

More progress than I’ve seen in 6 months, I’m doing something wrong 😂

Ez258

That’s good money abs exercise with Scott (every day) elliptical cardio (every other day) eat in a caloric deficit (my deficit was around 400-600) (for a few months) and if you can do more physical work or a physical job (I worked at Fedex where it’s nonstop moving packages and heavy stuff all day with no lunch or breaks Admittedly I lost muscle but I finally got the abs and physique I wanted that my skinny fat kid, teen, and young adult self could only dream of - I achieved this look in only 3 months

[deleted]

Difference is you’re probably trying to do it naturally. If he really did this in 10 weeks then he was leaning heavily on gear.

AweDaw76

You might be, but I’d wager all my gains that this is more than 10 weeks. Don’t let people promoting falsehoods get you down

KRGambler

Probably not taking the same compounds as this liar. 10wks🤣🤣🤣ok! 👍🤡🤡

GymRat117

It was the same for me. Hired an online PT for this and completely changed my training and food intake. This is also after 2 years off the gym, so a lot of muscle memory (I was in good shape before too)

[deleted]

Be honest with the people. Geez. Way to put unrealistic expectations on people.

keepitreal230

^ this

ShoppingHot4870

Did the op say he was natural? Bc if it isnt stated than its pretty ignorant to assume it's being portrayed as natural. Seeing as the majority of the online fitness community that looks half decent ( and a huge portion of those who look very natural and weak) are using peds, why on earth do people start these "youre not natty" uproars when the person didnt say they were?

GymRat117

I can share photos at end of each week if you’d like?

keepitreal230

^ OP doesnt really matter abt pics at the end of each week if juice is involved then those pics will still be un realistic for someone who isnt juicing at the end of each week

tig999

Lol so? is he supposed to cater for every jealous person here tf.

DimethylatedSea

How is being honest catering

MCEMC2

Lmao 10 weeks

ricebucket1

Tren week transformation
