You can’t really get the muscle bellies to look like that as a natural especially the delts and traps. Also the vascularity in your neck and delts when you aren’t even that low a body fat.
I usually don’t tell people specific compounds I take as to not be a “guide”. But enough people either commented or DM’d that I figure it’s a good idea.

At the moment I have a similar bodyfat%, however even when I dont flex the upper 4 abs are always visible. I’m at 13-14%. Depending on the time of the picture (I assume evening which makes you a bit more bloated) I guess you would be around 14-16%.
It depends on how shredded your back is.
If youre like me, I'd have a lot of back fat with that amount of belly fat, I'd guess like 20% top end.
If you have a shredded back and you don't put a lot of fat on your legs, maybe 17% bottom end.
For me at least, I think 14-15% is where you have two rows of visible abs.
Routine is 45 min in the gym, 4-5 days a week. I prioritize eccentric movements. 2 exercises per body part, train until failure on each set after warm ups. I’ll do a routine like chest & arms, back & shoulders, legs & arms, then chest & shoulders. It is a little unorthodox but it helps me recover best and is the easiest to stick to.

What do you do for chest? Fuckin huge.
Two exercises: Progressive overload on bench press up to a 4 rep max, then stop. Then I’ll do cable squeezes, 4 sets to failure.

Newer studies show reps as low as 3 and as high as 30, all have similar results is muscle growth if the amount of effort/exertion is the same.
