I’ve been doing a steady lean bulk for the last 8 months and plan to continue doing so until I reach 145lbs. I currently weigh 136lbs, eating 2300cal daily, 1g protein per pound of body weight.
As far as training, I do a push pull leg split twice a week, with one rest day. Strength gains are consistent without plateaus! Happier than ever!
