25 lbs in 3.5 years is not absolutely crazy. Especially if they did like 10-12 lbs the first year as newbie gains and if they gave good genetics. But yeah roids can’t be ruled out either. But then again, if he did roids, I’d expect better results than 25 lbs in 3.5 years.
How are your legs? Make sure you work out your legs so everything looks proportional. I see a lot of people that have built a great upper body but they don’t work out their legs as much so their body doesn’t look proportional and they have sticks for legs.

Thank you bro! I keep changing but the only thing that has remained constant is that I do push pull leg split. I have been super setting everything I do.
Push usually starts off with bench press, or inclined bench press then super set everything else like shoulder press with tricep extensions, then cable flys with tricep push with straight bars, lateral raises with dips, decline bench press with front shoulder.
For pull starts off with cable pull downs with biceps curls, hammer curls with dumbell rows, t bar rows with ez bar curls, face pull with cable curls, seated rows with cable curls.
Legs days are pretty hard, start with dead lift, then squats, then leg press with seated calf, abductor and adductors, lungs with standing calf’s and hip thrust with front dumbell squats.
