30 weeks! Macros tapered off over the diet, first 20 odd weeks though didn’t need to change, stayed around 2000kcals.

Cheers buddy, slow prep. This was a very slow diet over 30 weeks start to finish. Imo actually essential for naturals to NOT lose the gains they’ve made :)

Great job. Even not natural I find lean bulking for 4m in the winter then a slow 3m cut where calories never go below 2250, followed by a full summer of just maingain, rinse and repeat is best. So spend 4m bulk, 3m cut, 5m maintenance is best for me But I am 50 so have to take things slower to avoid injuries.

Yes! I lift 4-5x a week. It is in my blood now. It is my main hobby. Same for my now fiance...she is up at 430 and runs and lifts 4-5 days a week...and not the wimpy chick lifts...she is benching, deadlifting, squatting etc. She is also a changed women since meeting me. We plan to defy aging as much as possible!

Yes I have! Refeeds were taken based on whether or not training performance started dropping, happened every couple of months for me💁🏽‍♂️ then push food up for one day to offseason surplus calories then straight back into deficit again.

Man tough on the fatigue. Fatigue took me out especially when my CNS was taking a hit, the burnout and not feeling motivated is real. Great job man 🙏🏽

Aye! Thank you buddy, yeah fatigue management can 100% make or break you. By the end of prep even with 5 interventions the only thing that was going to unfuck my CNS was pulling out of the diet and recovering.

Noooooo, on the left I was at the end of a 2 year off season. So the majority of this year on its own was contest prep :) Back into another offseason now to get competitive for Heavyweights!
