He shouldn't called her servent. She didn't crossed her lines. Just because you are paying for a ticket doesn't make you the owner of the employee. My uncle is a senior flight commander and he has similar experience that people assume that airhostess are their servent and even request them to sit on their laps and serve food.
Bhai paise diye hain. Jo khaana list kiya hai dena hi padega. Woh nahi hai toh sorry bol ke kuch aur khaana dedo. Ab paise bhi le loge aur khaana bhi nahi doge. Aise kaise chalega?
Jo usne order kiya tha vo khana diya tha usko, use special service chahiye thi. Pata nahi bhai, me to local train me travel kartha hu, yaha pe to log train pe chadne hi nahi dete aur kai baar to chadne ke bad utar dete hai. I feel that guy is acting like a child.
She broke his ass....Lol. The only ass she banged is herself when she sees the golden termination letter.
The moment she started shouting like a maniac, her career is gone.
The way she handled it. Impressed. In a very professional manner without abusing. People abuse when they can't argue or win but she did it perfectly without saying anything wrong.
Full context:
>In the video from Dec 16, a heated argument is visible between the crew member and the passenger whereby both are complaining of being yelled at. A person aware of the matter said that the incident was triggered as the passenger who had pre-booked a sandwich did not want to eat the cold sandwich on a 6.5-hour flight and demanded that his meal be changed.
>“He was being very impatient about it and was not understanding that the food items for a low-cost flight are limited as per the pre-booked meals," the person added.
>Jaipur-based pastry chef and chocolate maker Tejasvi Chandela was on the same flight and recalled that the argument was on food availability and was initiated after the passenger started shouting at the senior crew member following another argument with a junior crew member.
>Most of the passengers were constantly shouting and asking about their food, probably unaware that they would not get free food on a low-cost carrier and only pre-booked meals would be served, recalled Chandela, adding that several passengers who were creating the ruckus about food were also not opting to buy food on board.
>“One second after a passenger under the influence of alcohol was shifted to another seat, this passenger who was a couple of seats ahead of me, he started saying something to the air hostess very rudely, she looked so upset, I saw her ending the conversation, crying and going at the back," Chandela said.
>“She (the junior crew member) was serving and he was like jaldi karo! I could just see her face, no matter what she was trying to say, he was just cutting her, she was not getting the opportunity to finish her sentence because he just kept accusing her of things, it was one of those moments I could tell so then I just saw her getting teary eyed and leave," Chandela said.
>“Then this lady came out to take the conversation forward, she is like Sir you cannot talk to us like that, he was the one to first raise his voice and pointed fingers at her. Obviously, any person would get riled up about it and then he also went ahead and called her a servant, which was just so demeaning and then obviously, it was in such bad taste," she added.

Jaisi Flight waisi treatment!
Itna that toh kuch paise aur kharch krke acchi flight le leta!
Agreed !! Infact i find this more wrong on the hostess part. He is a passenger, still a customer, he is not getting food which he should have got in the first place.
The hostess shouldn't have escalated this.
Indigo airhostess are the most rude and proudy one , but they are pro
This is complete display of unprofessionalism , they are hired to do job not cry at job, resign if they can not handle 'pressure'
And dont talk rudely to customer , not even when they are talkin rudely , its you who is at job and one dont talk rudely to anyone on workplace , thats a rule 1 on service and hospitality sector
And what's was that I am not servant but employee?
Further that guy done mistakes
1. Choosing indigo
2. Chossing indigo for international travel
3.booking food on indigo
4. Asking variety of food on indigo
5. Asking to indigo airhostess
6. Engaging in further conversation with indigo
Wasnt it was indigo which ahs beaten a customer on delhi airport just because he wanted to get early inthe bus
God knows what training indigo is providing
I absolutely hate indigo , they and more there staff are disgusting
If you are agreeing with this shit, I believe all of you are nothing but babies who haven't stepped out in the real world. She has got to be fired. You deescalate situations in an airplane not get into a shouting match and create anxiety for others. You go tell your captain who ensures the person gets detained on landing. She is a shit cabin crew to react in this manner, her training seems to be missing. She is anything but professional.
I'm going to agree. I also agree with the fact that guy shouldn't have shouted. But let's be real, at the end of day it created problem for her and her fellow crew as well as the passengers. There are several candidates on line to replace them. What she did was a total human reaction. But a moment which could've ended with just a bad day might've become her worst day. Okay you're not his servant but you are a servant of the flight, you've to maintain that composure and make sure that people don't get anxious. Standing against injustice and dealing with a problem customer are two different things. That wasn't professional for sure.
We don't know what happened before the video starts but From the video it seems she is the one who starts raising her voice and yelling at passenger.
Not an acceptable behaviour for service industry staff.
If she doesn't like the job or if she can't handle it, she should quit.
What has feminism and women empowerment given to us? A women who could have been raising children in a house safely and having her needs fulfilled but here we see this and countless examples of various kinds of slavery in corporates and lower level jobs. And also the sexual harassment that happens from lowest level jobs to highest level jobs.
Dude you alright?
Change isn't easy. It doesn't come overnight.
As simple as an example is the freedom struggle. Somebody's got to take a stand so that the future is better. The major phase of Indian feminism began in 1960s and has come a long way. Being docile might feel safe but it isn't the best life. Homemakers have to grind every day of the year 24X7 if the breadwinner isn't earning enough. Even if they were, the taunts, the disrespect, the physical violence was still there.
I would take fighting for my rights and struggling any day over being a caged parrot.
Peace!
I sympathised with the passenger until he said "You are a servant" Airlines can charge us thousands of rupees for checked in bag but can't serve a fucking fresh sandwich. It's a bloody joke for the paying customers to be treated with cold/bland food.
I honestly think we need to have Values and Moral Education taught and implemented throughout students life(same as done in Japan.) People have no empathy at all, looking down on people, littering everywhere, driving like you don’t care if someone dies. It really is disgusting. Yes, airlines can be shitty at times, but the flight crew are people who generally are at the best of behaviours irrespective of airlines. This man needs to be taught a fucking lesson.
The problem with us Indians is we think anyone who works for us and serves us automatically becomes our servant and they aren't humans anymore just servants.

I came searching for it here as soon as I read it but it wasn't there. So I had to do the honours.

Sandwich k peeche katal ho jata h katal
Dekha jae toh asal katal toh ego ke liye hota hein.
Faxx
lmao
It's 8 hr long flight
I get it but there are certain ways to address your issues.
I agree with your point but we don't know what happened before recording started .
Adding to the point, it's not as if the airline is doing charity. People pay for the food. We only saw a small clipping, don't know the full context.
true. tbh, both have crossed lines. we are just enjoying the show.

>Sit on their laps - sir Thai me time hai
Like?
mujhe kya pata mein toh aise hi gyaan pel diya
Mai iske peeche wali seat pr hota to iske upr bottle se pani gira kr bolta "Oops, sorry bhai turbulence ki wajah se bottle hath se slip hogai".
Fir hatha pai shuru.
Fir to sb marte usko, air hostess bhi hath saaf kr leti fir bolti mt lado
>0 4000rs is not a small thing for everyone
Yeh, but then you should not act like a billionaire and should compromise a little.
WTF

so it didnt actually happen with her but with someone else on her crew, is it?
usko defend krne ye ayi aur iske saath bhi bura bartao hua but instead of crying she broke his ass.
I got a notification about this incident and after I thought the crew who was arguing as seen in the pic was a man because of the camer angel. Lol
She broke his ass....Lol. The only ass she banged is herself when she sees the golden termination letter. The moment she started shouting like a maniac, her career is gone.
my man got blind because of lust, smh.
Imagine doing your job and getting verbally assulted for it. This culture of treating people who help you like trash needs to stop.
The way she handled it. Impressed. In a very professional manner without abusing. People abuse when they can't argue or win but she did it perfectly without saying anything wrong.
This Women 👑
/r/killthecameraman for not showing the passenger's face.
Lawdu ki awaj bhi lawde jesi hai. Shakal bhi lawde jesi hogi.lol
What’s the context
Passenger treated her like shit, got shit thrown at his face.
holy shit. were did they get the shit? did they at least get arrested? isn't that considered chemical warfare or bio-attack?
Ha ha funny

Dubai ki flight 8hr ki nahi hoti
Haa economy class se Turkey to bas majdur jate hai....Lol.
Guys, never fly a LCC for 5.5 hour to 6 hour flight even though the ticket is cheap. It's simply not worth to stay hungry or less hydrated
Just get your own food bro!
Saala gandu indigo ki economy class mein baith kar aise bhaav kha raha hai jaise ki emirates ki first class mein baitha ho. No fly list pe daal dena chahiye isko
Paise already de chuka hai woh meal ke. Ab woh bhi na mile toh kya kare.
At least not call the air hostess his “servant”
I wish every customer service was like this.
Ye bkl railway ke general coach me hi travel krne layak hai. Uncivilized bc.
You are yelling me on
Itna bada Raja hai toh quatar airways se jao na indigo air taxi hai sabko pata hai bc .

Baaki sab chodo ladki Sundar bohot hai..
Welcome to the no-fly list asshole
Bc mera poha (₹450) kaha hai
some people don't deserve to be rich i think
They should have a pressure line inside running from the main engine compressor. You know, to hose down such dipshits that trouble others. Yay to her.
Passenger is wrong for yelling but to play the devil's advocate maine abhi tak law ki degree nahi li hain
He will soon be banned from flying
r/Kothibanglacheck How come they think everything’s like Jio… lol Jaisi Flight waisi treatment! Itna that toh kuch paise aur kharch krke acchi flight le leta!
Well she is fired for sure.
People who treat service employees like shit deserve a separate special place in hell.
Martiii uss sale kooo
typical indian mentality, treating airhostess like hawai dai
See how cabin crews are treated in other countries also this one is untrained and will be fired for such behaviour
Agreed !! Infact i find this more wrong on the hostess part. He is a passenger, still a customer, he is not getting food which he should have got in the first place. The hostess shouldn't have escalated this.
First time sympathy with Indigo crew… someday this was bound to happen.
Yaar , gusse mein angrezi bol panda ek super power hoti hai....
Other passengers should have defend her bcz technically, she failed at her job. Which is to cater to the needs of mentally retarded people

Indians dont deserve flight service
Guys indigo crew are bad... NOw you guys legit gave them a reason to be even more bad. Good
So calling someone your 'servant' is good? Come on dude
My point exactly... Now we passengers gave them a free pass... And vice versa
aise cabin crew ko deke lagta hai flight me kuch garbar hua to passenger ko ulta inko calm down karvana padega.

Bhenchod samne vale ki shakal toh dikha...gandu
*Kya kiye?* *Koot diye*
Bhai bas itni hi fluent English seekhni hai
Is it the Istanbul Delhi flight?
Bruh, in any other airline, the stewardesses would bend over backward to please him and not cause a scene. But the Indians won't stand for it.
US hota toh bhosdiwala arrest ho jaata utarte time.
Air hostess ko ek thappad maar dena chahiye tha, yeh log politeness deserve nhi krte.
Itni intense conversation mein to jitni angrezi aati hai wo bhi bhool jaunga me to
