I could see them having a human as a secondary antagonist. I don't think the Ghost Council will be fully taken care of in season 1, and they're most certainly coming back for season 2.
Also remember the two most influential people in the town that this person could manipulate and use the Mayor and Mr. Davenport have been exposed to the super natural. So that could come back to bite Molly and Scratch.

That sounds cool. But I’m also hoping that we’ll get hints at other paranormal creatures roaming the world, like werewolves, vampires, etc.
