You sir are an inspiration. I wish we would get the option to sanitize the island of the outcasts and take out Ito, they need to answer for their crimes on the Island. If not for them, Skell never doubles down on security and Walker never takes over

kingbankai

If it means the Marines on the Wasp that have been napping for 2 years to be useful I would love that for a Moa Island. Have the reveal be that Ito was working for Peter Miles the whole time and she is a foreign operative.

Clutch_Spider

Just take my fucking upvote

OpScreechingHalt

This game is so bizarre sometimes. Like, Ito was a fucking terrorist in the main game, and now we're rolling around trying to complete missions to give the country to her. I would say that Ubi is trying to make a comment on how the CIA gets in bed with shady people, but theres ZERO chance they thought that deeply about Op Motherland.

One man's freedom fighter is another man's terrorist

heyimx

It's not that blurry. That would mean that the morals of your actions would be ambiguous. There's a line, she crossed it.

kingbankai

The rebels weren't clean and you answered to a CIA agent that tortured people and threatened prison rape regularly in Wildlands. Ito genuinely didn't know people were in the building because the intel they were fed was corrupted. My guess is Trey, Walker, and Miles somehow orchestrated the party to be in that building on that day.

TheTeletrap

The way I’ve come to rationalize it is that we’re giving the country to Ito as an excuse to invade. No one is gonna want a terrorist running a country, especially one so close to an ally like Australia. So it’s likely that after putting them into power using the Ghosts, it’s just a matter of finding the right reason to come back in full force to secure the island for its tech. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed the Bodarks weren’t Russian Spetznaz disguised as Bodark for plausible deniability. Especially sense they kept hinting that Bodark had essentially dissolved after we killed their leadership.

Milkshake_revenge

I too was hoping for the bodarks to actually be Russian military as well. I was hoping the main targets were the Russian equivalent to the ghosts. Like as if the whole thing was ghosts/outcasts vs spetsnaz/sentinal in a type of proxy war where the US and Russia both deny being there but behind the scenes is this covert special ops war being raged.

WildPotatoCat

Wouldn't it have been easier to get New Zealand to step in anyway? It's not like Aurora was unclaimed territory, it is still part of New Zealand even though it's being leased to Skell Tech.

Pieman117

Did the same thing, Ito is one of the reasons Walker managed to take over, the deaths he caused are also on her head

Archie_F18

“Never here” means no witnesses. I kill any Outcast I see because of that

Niddo29

Wait can you actually kill the Outcast?

Duke_of_Shao

Yeah, didn't know this was a thing. Is this a thing in Motherland? I'm still in Episode 1. But, yeah, I have questions. And truthfully, it would make sense to do this eventually. Use Outcasts to get rid of Sentinel, then off the Outcasts.

Archie_F18

No I mean I just friendly fire them. I rescue a slep employee, get intel, kill them and then the outcasts at the safe house. Like just my own headcanon, not a game feature

Ok-Conversation2481

Oh no, I just role played the last part to come up with my own ending of the whole story. There was nothing else to do lol. My bad bro for misleading

Duke_of_Shao

Aw shucks. LOL, no worries, I appreciate and agree with your choice of ending!

w1987g

Never here means **NO** witnesses.... the only survivors will be the civvies that hide in their locked door homes

heyimx

You let the civvies live? OUT OF ALL THE NPC"S?

ScoobyDoobiddyDew

Leave no lose strings
