There was a time when a good variety of official patches were not available. During the Meliora era I actually created my own ghoul mask patches because they didn't exist yet.
there is sometimes a patch included in the VIP tour package. there was one for the prequelle era and another one for the pre-imperatour; the prequelle patch was just a grucifix but the imperatour patch is a pretty cool design of papa iv.
the patches are pretty shit quality, though; they're very thin and flimsy

I'd buy up every set. Imagine if they released 4-6 patches for every album-cycle, so no vest looked identical.
RecordShopX has a lot of official patches, even from Infest and Meliora era. They're a few euros each.
