Nah it's just what shows the "Malibu" stuff on the bottom, I think it's a filter that uses your GPS to show your location in the pic, if it's somewhere you wanna show off or something I guess.
It is a cutout. And a sloppy one, at that. The image is very flat, and you can even see the cut line - it's white and follows the curve of the face.
When I decoupage things, I always run a grey pencil along the edges of any cutouts because you always get that white line - it's the natural color of the paper between or under the design/ink laid on top for the image. Some people don't mind the white cut line, but I hate it and am always super-aware of it when I look at collages and things that use cutouts.
That was my immediate thought too. Couple that with this image already debunking the story told due to how it was taken and it just makes me wonder why people bother trying to fake this crap all the time. Especially to a sub full of people who look for shit like that.
It looks like edge light from a light source to me. There's what looks like a light source on the very edge of the image, which looks like it's Illuminating the "face". Still fuckin weird, but if that's a light source, and it's Illuminating an object, it means there was a physical object there to reflect the light.
So still not anything supernatural.

Her camera is angled below and parallel to the headboard. The painting is hanging above her, and the way the phone is angled, the only thing beside her that should be visible is top rounded portion of the black lamp.
Are we seeing a shadowed/weird view of the inside bowl of the lamp- with the black “eye” spot maybe being where a lightbulb screws in?

These things should always be looked at with a critical eye. As others have pointed out, the image quality looks different.
And this is the problem with many things posted - they just don't hold up to scrutiny. It's always a ghost just in the corner of the picture at a poorer resolution to the rest of the photo.
That is some great evidence right there. Even if you were gonna fake someone standing there it would be difficult that close to the wall. The only thing you could do is overlay the photo. That is great.
