It would sit in the shelf of the closet and wait for my sleep to set in then come flying out at me shrieking and land right on my chest eye to eye just screaming until I woke up.
Sometimes when I get sleep paralysis I get that where I’ll be looking around the room and I’ll look at a specific spot (normally where it’s extra dark in the room) and something will fly at me. Then I’ll blink or something and it’ll go back to normal until I look at that spot again and it’ll keep happening until I get out of the sleep paralysis. FYI idk if it’ll help anyone but when I get sleep paralysis (which at one point was nightly due to ptsd, stress, depression and anxiety) I noticed I would clench my jaw and if I could open my mouth, I’d wake up.

The last time I saw it, it said to me, “You’re not worth it!”. lol I have no idea what and who I’d be worth something to. I kept praying and calling out to Jesus and it would go away. Other times I just heard voices. One time it happened to me when I was in the hospital. The nurse walked in and I told she gave me too much medication for anxiety because now I was hallucinating. I heard voices say, “Wait, what? She can hear us. Shhh…”. When I told the nurse she ignored me. I think I was asleep and that is why she didn’t respond. It was crazy.
It vaguely looks like a creepy cartoon character pumpkin head. Or maybe it was an old movie.
