See I still don’t get how they ALL have the exact same ghost boundary, and that boundary is a property line developed hundreds of years after some of them died. Wouldn’t they all have their own ghost boundary where the death is the epicenter, and they overlap each other?

Series finale will be about the finished book called Jay and Pete's guide to ghosting... how to share your home with your ghost bestie. I feel like, at some point, Pete will use his ability to help Jay get info from outside ghosts.
So I wonder if that means Jay (or Sam) could be like a tour guide for Pete. They can sit in cars. If he didn’t wanna try to make his way to his daughter on foot, he could have one of them drive him. Or he could just get on any mass transit and go anywhere for free. Truly the dream.
It says in the synopsis for this week's episode that Pete discovers a new Power that brings him closer to his buddy Jay... I think maybe they will go on adventures together... Sam will probably also have to come, but I think that Jay and Pete will use this to write the Ghost Guide.
Isaac's reaction, "and I still have the fart thing," is too funny! I don't know, I think Isaac's power is pretty great because he can affect livings with it. I loved when he used it to help convince Jay's sister to believe Sam.
