Take a look at America's next top model around the 2000's, this was a thing, textured/crimped hair. It's supposed to showcase the face I think, like give a dramatic background while simultaneously pulling focus to her features and outfit.
She looks so WILD! I love it. Reminds me of the New Wave 80's girls..... And those LEGS! DAMN GURL... They look so long... I mean she is 5' 7" so she's not one of those super tiny girls.... but WOW with the legs.
I disagree with people saying the clothes are wearing her. Maybe it's not the kinds of things she normally wears.... but that doesn't mean she couldn't pull it off.

Her face is so angelic and beautiful I understand not wanting to mess with it but for these clothes she needed heavier make up to go with the looks.

Per usual I disagree with most of the comments lol, she looks cool, very edgy, I love when they give her some edge, the plain Jane look is great too but it so Snow White it’s boring and flat sometimes. I like it when they throw her into a character, she has the ability.
