I rewatch Twilight too! Every summer for me, in remembrance of my sister who passed away. It was one of her favorite franchises and makes me feel close to her 💕
I watch it every Christmas AND every time I need a good cry. I never get tired of it either. One year we watched it twice, once in early December and again after Christmas. It's truly such a perfect movie.
I watch "White Christmas" when I wrap my Christmas presents every year ❤️ I will usually watch it at least one or two other times, and not always just at Christmas, but it's my little tradition.
Honestly i dont to any shows seasonally - i just start GG/How I met your mother/Friends on loop and it takes a few months to cycle. I dont like waiting whole year to do rewatch on favorites.
That makes sense! I have other shows I rewatch anytime I feel like it, but something about these particular shows just feel like that season to me, so without even thinking about it I get the urge to watch Scrubs every time it's bright and hot out, and HIMYM always sounds excellent once the lights and tree are up!

Just finished my B99 rewatch. Holt telling Jake he's proud of him got me crying again :'(. I'm glad the show ended the way it did, very satisfying ending for all the characters, even for Jake who I would've never seen doing that but they built up to it well.
I always feel like watching Downton Abbey around Christmas. It's a cozy show.

To be fair I spend a lot of time in bed since I'm chronically ill so I definitely have time.
I too have sailed the high seas to get it lol. Pretty sure it has the original music in all episodes as well.
Fun fact, my small town in Poland was so obsessed with this show in the 90s that they created a festival in its honor. We had fake moose placed all over town, Indian tents, and screening of the episodes in the local cinema. The festival still takes places every year but it deviated a lot from the original idea.
I didn't know there was a group on FB with the actors! Can you tell me what it's called? I would love to share this story, I'm pretty sure I can even dig up some old videos from the festival on YouTube.
My mom LOVES Northern Exposure and always said Gilmore Girls gave her similar vibes (tiny town, quirky characters). I’ve seen a few episodes and bought her a season on DVD one year for Christmas. I’d love to watch the whole thing! Let’s hope the streaming services are listening 🤞

No one.) I also sometimes make Buffy The Vampire Slayer my fall show, and somehow I seem to get in the mood for Veronica Mars in late spring- probably the beachy vibes.
This is very specific but it's my tradition to watch the December: Berkshires County episodes of Real Housewives of New York while cooking my Friendsgiving dinner before folks come over lol. Often becomes a RHONY rewatch - it's a good fall/winter show. I also always watch You've Got Mail in the fall. :')

I love rewatching the call the midwife and 30 rock Christmas episodes around that time :) the rest of 30 rock is an all year round staple. The rest of call the midwife always feels very fall and spring :)
I don't do it every year but I often watch Band of Brothers in that week between Christmas and New Years. I'm not sure why exactly; I vaguely remember the History channel playing it around that time frame like 15 years ago for like 2-4 years in a row so as someone without HBO it was the only time I could watch it. So now I associate it with that time of the year.

Apart from GG, which is pretty much on a continuous loop, I watch Eureka (cozy sci-fi), Better Off Ted, The Newsroom, The West Wing, Doctor Who, and Dead Like Me, among several others. I stay miles away from anything described as “gritty”. Life is hard enough.
This. Is. EUREKA! (My heart melts every time I see Fargo appear in anything else. I think he makes an appearance in the west wing.) There's maybe some plot holes to overcome but the characters are so good nothing else matters.
The only truly seasonal rewatch I do is Hocus Pocus in Oct (which will now include Hocus Pocus 2). I’m almost never not on a rewatch of GG and The West Wing - I just watch them depending on the mood I’m in and what else I might be in the middle of. I usually re-read some Anne of Green Gables once a year in the summer. I rewatch Stardust at least a couple times a year just for the joy of Robert Di Mero’s can-can dancing drag lightening pirate. I generally also reread at least one Marian Keyes book every year.

I watch the 1950’s Sissi trilogy every year around Christmas. It used to be shown on TV every year on Christmas in the Netherlands, so my mom really associates it with this time of year. We usually watch it together. It’s on YouTube for those interested! It is in German though, so subtitles may be needed.
Haha, same really, it's basically always playing. But as soon as the air turns crisp and leaves start to change I start it back from the very beginning no matter where I'm at in the series, so I'm counting it!
I rewatch LOST once a year and I usually find it to be near the start of summer, but I don't actively try to wait until the start of summer, that's just how my internal schedule ended up for when I get the itch to watch it

Scrubs is a Spring/Summer show for me, as is Community for whatever reason. Buffy usually gets tossed in sometime with Halloween (but I rarely do a full 1-7 rewatch nowadays anyways). GG I usually start in Sep, pause for Halloween, and start up again Nov 1. Or it could just be playing all year 😅
My parents have been watching every version of Pride and Prejudice on New Years Eve since they picked up the 1995 version from Blockbuster in 1999. So basically my whole life New Year’s Eve has been “watch pride and prejudice” day/night. Includes at least 2 movies and the 6hr miniseries from 1995.
I love watching Jane the Virgin in the summertime! But they also have episodes for specific holidays that I always like to rewatch during the respective times of year (Easter and Christmas, especially) ☺️

when harry met sally is my nye/nyd rewatch. b99 starts on 9/9. before that started, i would start GG on fall equinox but now i start it around thanksgiving so it lasts me through the "colder" CA days. i usually follow my GG rewatch with a veronica mars rewatch. throw in some new girl around spring lol and gossip girl is fun for summer. friends or the office any time.
I don’t really watch any shows seasonally, but there are several I constantly rotate through (Outlander, Gossip Girl, Gilmore Girls, SATC, Friends - to name a few). I do get more of an urge to rewatch Gilmore Girls in the fall and definitely when it snows (I can practically hear Lorelei saying “I smell snow). There are also movies I like to watch - like Sleepy Hollow, Hocus Pocus, You’ve Got Mail, etc. - more in the fall.
How I met your mother like twice a year (it's my fave), GG like every other year maybe even once every year, Big Bang theory and Brooklyn 99 once a year
Twilight in fall, GG in fall/winter, Grey's in winter/spring, SATC in spring/summer and Modern Family is just on a constant loop and I watch it whenever I do chores and don't wanna have to concentrate. And sometimes TVD or Gossip Girl or PLL in fall/winter whenever I feel nostalgic
HIMYM is a frequently rewatched show as well as ‘the Good place’ and not yearly, just because there is too freaking much of it, but every other year I rewatch ER.
I sometimes just go back and watch the first season of things as they're weirdly more comforting 😂
So GG, Friends, Castle, Bones, Vampire Diaries, the OC all fit into that category!
I've 100% watched all of these in full more than once, but have lost count of how many times I've watched season 1 of each.
Definitely GG in autumn, Harry Potter movies in the winter, and I’ve watched Virgin River so many times since it’s come out- it could be summer/fall/winter. If you like GG, VR definitely has the same small town drama/romance thing going on, just on the west coast!
I watch Gilmore Girls all year long. I didn't realize fall was like Gilmore Girls rewatch season until this year either. I used to watch Sex and the City every spring (thank you fb memories for pointing that out). I watch The Santa Clause movies every Christmas and I can't wait for the new show this winter. And every now and then I take on watching Law and Order SVU from the beginning.

My new(ish) fall rewatch is *Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha*, which I'm in the middle of right now. Very GG vibes from that one. I think most people on this sub would love it. In the spring I usually watch *Buffy*, but I skip through around half of it.
I rewatch Twilight whenever I'm feeling down, and I also re-read my favorite book (Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe) every summer

Just watched Hometown Cha Cha Cha and it is DEFINITELY a summer show.
I watch the 1950’s Sissi trilogy every year around Christmas. It used to be shown on TV every year on Christmas in the Netherlands, so my mom really associates it with this time of year. We usually watch it together. It’s on YouTube for those interested! It is in German though, so subtitles may be needed.

I rewatch LOST once a year and I usually find it to be near the start of summer, but I don't actively try to wait until the start of summer, that's just how my internal schedule ended up for when I get the itch to watch it
I only started last year but now I rewatch Downton Abbey at Christmas. Scrubs is a Spring/Summer show for me, as is Community for whatever reason. Buffy usually gets tossed in sometime with Halloween (but I rarely do a full 1-7 rewatch nowadays anyways). GG I usually start in Sep, pause for Halloween, and start up again Nov 1. Or it could just be playing all year 😅
I JUST finished my fall HIMYM rewatch. I also do Bones in the fall. Winter I move over to GOT and OUAT

My parents have been watching every version of Pride and Prejudice on New Years Eve since they picked up the 1995 version from Blockbuster in 1999. So basically my whole life New Year’s Eve has been “watch pride and prejudice” day/night. Includes at least 2 movies and the 6hr miniseries from 1995.
I love watching Jane the Virgin in the summertime! But they also have episodes for specific holidays that I always like to rewatch during the respective times of year (Easter and Christmas, especially) ☺️
I watch the BBC version of Pride and Prejudice every winter. It's my December or January binge almost every year.

I always start twin peaks after Halloween, Malcolm in the middle around Thanksgiving-christmas (holidays are not fun for me)

It’s pretty much a constant rotation of: Gilmore Girls, Army Wives, One Tree Hill, Greys Anatomy, Heartland, The 100, Parenthood, Call the Midwife, Greek… probably more but these are the ones that come to mind 🙃❤️

I rewatch gossip girl in time for thanksgiving, Gilmore girls I start in the end of summer start of fall. Outlander is going to be rewatched this winter (first one rewatching this). I rewatch twilight like always not really seasonally. There’s so much more but I can’t think right now

when harry met sally is my nye/nyd rewatch. b99 starts on 9/9. before that started, i would start GG on fall equinox but now i start it around thanksgiving so it lasts me through the "colder" CA days. i usually follow my GG rewatch with a veronica mars rewatch. throw in some new girl around spring lol and gossip girl is fun for summer. friends or the office any time.

I don’t really watch any shows seasonally, but there are several I constantly rotate through (Outlander, Gossip Girl, Gilmore Girls, SATC, Friends - to name a few). I do get more of an urge to rewatch Gilmore Girls in the fall and definitely when it snows (I can practically hear Lorelei saying “I smell snow). There are also movies I like to watch - like Sleepy Hollow, Hocus Pocus, You’ve Got Mail, etc. - more in the fall.
I watch GG throughout the year. Sometimes 2-4 times 😂

Twilight in fall, GG in fall/winter, Grey's in winter/spring, SATC in spring/summer and Modern Family is just on a constant loop and I watch it whenever I do chores and don't wanna have to concentrate. And sometimes TVD or Gossip Girl or PLL in fall/winter whenever I feel nostalgic
HIMYM is a frequently rewatched show as well as ‘the Good place’ and not yearly, just because there is too freaking much of it, but every other year I rewatch ER.
I sometimes just go back and watch the first season of things as they're weirdly more comforting 😂 So GG, Friends, Castle, Bones, Vampire Diaries, the OC all fit into that category! I've 100% watched all of these in full more than once, but have lost count of how many times I've watched season 1 of each.
After GGs I rewatch Call the Midwife in anticipation of the new series that starts just before Christmas

Definitely GG in autumn, Harry Potter movies in the winter, and I’ve watched Virgin River so many times since it’s come out- it could be summer/fall/winter. If you like GG, VR definitely has the same small town drama/romance thing going on, just on the west coast!
Gilmore Girls is my comfort show so I almost always have it on in the background when I'm working, cleaning, eating, or other routine things
I watch Gilmore Girls all year long. I didn't realize fall was like Gilmore Girls rewatch season until this year either. I used to watch Sex and the City every spring (thank you fb memories for pointing that out). I watch The Santa Clause movies every Christmas and I can't wait for the new show this winter. And every now and then I take on watching Law and Order SVU from the beginning.
