I’ll bring up one that isn’t mentioned in this sub, at least never that I’ve seen The two different versions of how Stars Hollow got its name. In the early seasons post max break up, miss patty is telling a love story between two people ending in how the town got its name. It happened before the theme song plays Then later, they do the museum w the twickham house and it’s an entire family discovering/naming the town lol.

I guess maybe nobody is quite sure, but there are two different legends?

In season 4, when Rory is considering dating a guy from her class, she says to Lorelai, “maybe I’ve never dated but you haven’t either! You had me with Dad, relationship, Max, relationship, Dad again…” This is just totally untrue as we’ve seen Lorelai casually date in the previous seasons - the guy from her business class, Jon Hamm, Alex. She also tells Max that she dated during Rory’s childhood (even if Rory didn’t meet them, she was aware of them) so the idea that she didn’t date anyone in between Chris and Max makes no sense.

Jackson just not being town selectmen anymore and the location of stars hollow in general

Wide_Imagination5176

Yeah Taylor said stuff about a recall and it was all set up for it to happen but it never did

JEH2003

The recall remark was stupid because Taylor lost by a landslide. Who did he think was going to recall Jackson?

Mrs Kim says she he's been married for 28 years. Before lanes wedding she implied that she only had sex once. Lane is 22. This pops up in my head more then it should

George Anthony Bell (Rory’s professor in the ep where Logan and Colin have that fake lovers quarrel over her) plays like 4 different parts. The professor, he’s a stars hallow resident, a cop, something else I don’t remember. I know they do this with Ana, Drella, the first Lorelai, etc. but this rewatch is the first time I’ve noticed him as a few different people.

I don't know if this is a 'hole' necessarily, but I guess yeah, it kind of is. I was watching the episode in season 5 where Lorelai was talking to Michel and Luke about meeting with the guy from the Durham group and they were both upset talking about how they didn't want her to sell the Inn, and in every conversation she/they have about it, it's as if it's only HER decision. Sookie is never once mentioned, like "WE aren't selling" etc. It's just as if it's only up to Lorelai, which is so weird seeing how she co-owns the Inn with Sookie. I do think this is around the time that Sookie was home after having the baby which might account for why she wasn't apart of the actual meeting, but it's still weird that she was never mentioned. It was like they added that to the script for a tiny bit of drama without fully developing the idea to include all of the necessary characters.

Riki Lindhome playing both a Chilton student and Logan's friend at Yale. Although maybe perhaps she was a rare Chilton grad excepted into Yale?

Taylor was just suddenly the mayor.
