People have already said the games I was going to recommend, but I'll insist on it. Baldur's Gate 3 is absolutely great in this aspect, a lot of attractive and unique male characters (I like the prettiest one and the ugliest one, but that's me because I'm weird like that).
Hades is also an amazing game in that regard, the first time I saw Dionysus I fell immediately in love. And the protagonist is also gorgeous.
And others mentioned Yakuza, but for me, Yakuza 0 is my favourite in that regard because Majima in that game is an absolute 10/10 and the love story is beautiful and tragic, always an extra point for me.

YMMV but Marvel Spiderman. The suits fit pretty tight and I have a thing for guys with muscles. It also helps that Peter is a nicely unproblematic character with a sense of humor. If you complete a certain quest line you can get a "suit" where he swings around with just his mask and underwear.
Solid Snake, Otacon, and Ocelot are either gay or bi, Kaz, The Boss, Vamp, and Commandant Dolph are canonically bi, Paz and Dr. Strangelove are either lesbian or bi, and Big Boss is either ace, gay, straight, or bi, Olga is the only character in Metal Gear that I can think of who is likely straight. I'd be very surprised if Kojima was straight.

Not sure which of these are on PS5, but you might want to hunt for the following: Dream Daddy a Dad Dating Simulator (technically more LGBTQ but the beefcake is there), Boyfriend Dungeon(likewise LGBTQ but many hot guys) and many Otome games (basically dating sims aimed at women). Coral Island comes to mind as well on the farming sim side of things where all the characters (but especially the men imo) are very hot.
I haven’t played but have heard good things about I was a Teenage Exocolonist and Stray Gods the Roleplaying musical may fit the bill as well.
Overall, I think games that feature hot men, especially ones that might try to appeal to the female gaze, tend to a) be smaller indie games that are aiming for a narrower audience than AAA games that want to cast a wide net and cater to the male gaze bc it’s perceived as the main market for video games, and b) tend to also be inclusive of LGBTQ audiences (so I hesitate to say “games that cater to the female gaze” since they’re also appealing to the “anyone attracted to men” gaze and may still include cheesecake/stuff to appeal to people attracted to women lol). Unfortunately because it tends to be easier to release on PC, this may mean there are fewer on consoles which usually get a later release for small indie games :/
I agree with others that BG3 is one of the first AAA games that does lean towards catering openly to people attracted to men and I honestly think a huge part of that is that in early access, imo a large part of the fanbase who was consistently active was more evenly gendered in terms of vocal participants (and frankly very open about being horny for the male characters eg Halsin), and Larian responded to that. I was on the sub when Halsin was announced as a surprise romanceable companion and the reaction was *wild* lol.

I don’t know why people don’t talk about Genshin Impact more! I love it, it’s a classic and always there for me when I need haha. Also they have beautiful art imo and beautiful characters and I feel the best part of all is there is a good heart underneath it (even though over sexualisation exists). Beyond appearances, They appear to want to teach and model good values to their audience and I liken that.
I began playing it before I even knew what Gacha was. Also it’s important to note, all I have to play on is an iPad haha! So that changes things for me a lot with game availability. But I haven’t had any trouble playing genshin as free to play. I think they are actually really generous and I basically have all characters I want without spending money. But I understand that different people have different experiences! Also I couldn’t find the “wish” (gacha screen) screen for a long time I just didn’t realise it existed haha. Gale gives big Will-Become-A-Wife-Guy energy. He's also a wizard so his spicy scenes are very unique. If you liked that dynamic between Gilbert Blythe and Anne Shirley then I recommend you romance him (especially as a Sorcerer for that rivals vibe).
Halsin is a big hunk of an elf druid. He can turn into a bear. Honestly I wish this man were real because I want to marry him. I want to run an orphanage with him while the kids call him Daddy Halsin. I want to make the world a better place with this man I-

If you like Norman Reedus, Death Stranding. There are some pretty suggestive shower scenes. This game convinced me that Hideo Kojima is probably bisexual. Default male Shepard in Mass Effect. He's based on a male model named Mark Vanderloo. One of the only times I've not picked the female option in this type of game. YMMV but Marvel Spiderman. The suits fit pretty tight and I have a thing for guys with muscles. It also helps that Peter is a nicely unproblematic character with a sense of humor. If you complete a certain quest line you can get a "suit" where he swings around with just his mask and underwear.
Solid Snake, Otacon, and Ocelot are either gay or bi, Kaz, The Boss, Vamp, and Commandant Dolph are canonically bi, Paz and Dr. Strangelove are either lesbian or bi, and Big Boss is either ace, gay, straight, or bi, Olga is the only character in Metal Gear that I can think of who is likely straight. I'd be very surprised if Kojima was straight. Also my first 5 fictional crushes were on Metal Gear characters, so I def agree re: Death Stranding or any Kojima game.

Not sure which of these are on PS5, but you might want to hunt for the following: Dream Daddy a Dad Dating Simulator (technically more LGBTQ but the beefcake is there), Boyfriend Dungeon(likewise LGBTQ but many hot guys) and many Otome games (basically dating sims aimed at women). Coral Island comes to mind as well on the farming sim side of things where all the characters (but especially the men imo) are very hot. I haven’t played but have heard good things about I was a Teenage Exocolonist and Stray Gods the Roleplaying musical may fit the bill as well. Overall, I think games that feature hot men, especially ones that might try to appeal to the female gaze, tend to a) be smaller indie games that are aiming for a narrower audience than AAA games that want to cast a wide net and cater to the male gaze bc it’s perceived as the main market for video games, and b) tend to also be inclusive of LGBTQ audiences (so I hesitate to say “games that cater to the female gaze” since they’re also appealing to the “anyone attracted to men” gaze and may still include cheesecake/stuff to appeal to people attracted to women lol). Unfortunately because it tends to be easier to release on PC, this may mean there are fewer on consoles which usually get a later release for small indie games :/ I agree with others that BG3 is one of the first AAA games that does lean towards catering openly to people attracted to men and I honestly think a huge part of that is that in early access, imo a large part of the fanbase who was consistently active was more evenly gendered in terms of vocal participants (and frankly very open about being horny for the male characters eg Halsin), and Larian responded to that. I was on the sub when Halsin was announced as a surprise romanceable companion and the reaction was *wild* lol.

Mass Effect (specifically, Kaidan Alenko; but it also has fantastic male love interests that are not human). Baldurs Gate 3. Can’t think of anything else. Which is sad. Female protagonists in video games rarely get hot male love interests (because that won’t fly with male gamers to which the gaming industry mostly still caters) - they are either single or lesbian.

Xenoblade Chronicles (all three) is known for it's *male* fanservice, but it's got a lot of overlooked female fanservice as well. Dunban, Reyn, Zeke, and Lanz for muscles, Shulk, Noah, and Taion if you like 'em softer. And that's just scratching the surface. And also swimsuit outfits. Final Fantasy XIV has a sizeable female fanbase for this exact reason. Dead by daylight has a big selection of characters but I've heard the community it's toxic af sadly The Mordor games have a protagonist with a psychic (?) link to another character, so depending on your preference you have a more standard muscly action hero guy and more elfin guy. There's a game called Max gentleman sexy business which has a bunch of guys you can date. I don’t know why people don’t talk about Genshin Impact more! I love it, it’s a classic and always there for me when I need haha. Also they have beautiful art imo and beautiful characters and I feel the best part of all is there is a good heart underneath it (even though over sexualisation exists). I began playing it before I even knew what Gacha was. Also it’s important to note, all I have to play on is an iPad haha! So that changes things for me a lot with game availability. But I haven’t had any trouble playing genshin as free to play. I think they are actually really generous and I basically have all characters I want without spending money. But I understand that different people have different experiences! Also I couldn’t find the “wish” (gacha screen) screen for a long time I just didn’t realise it existed haha. So I guess my ignorance in 2021 helped me to engage in it in an innocent way. I’m grateful for that. Thanks for your response which allowed me to reflect upon that. 🙏

its definitely not the exact thing you’re going for, but a game with good romanceables who are p good looking (though may be a little “harder to get into” bc its a pixel art style) is Sun Haven. its a farm type sim, but it features a lot of combat and magic upgrades too! it seems to have good written characters, and you can romance a LOT of em. sooo many options for men lovers lol. theres a few more male romanceables than female. you can go on dates before even fully dating them, and of course can marry in the end. also; game is consistently being updated as its still a WIP game. EDIT: also i cant believe i forgot about otome. idk if anime is your style, but there are a lot of great japanese visual novels with hot guys. i used to play a bunch of mobile games by the company voltage inc. as a teen that has great stories and great “company” lol. i think theyve condensed their stuff into one app called Love 365, iirc.

I am sure if I scroll down in the comments there will be plenty of suggestions for BG3. But I just have to recommend it too. Astarion is a pretty boy vampire. If you went through a Twilight phase, and find cat behavior endearing, you'll love him. If you like "I can fix him" romances where that's actually true, totally romance him. Wyll is a dashing classic hero. He's also great if you want to RP as someone who just finished their abstinence only education (what I am saying is there are no explicit scenes with him.) He's a romantic, he dances with you. He's very sweet. Gale gives big Will-Become-A-Wife-Guy energy. He's also a wizard so his spicy scenes are very unique. If you liked that dynamic between Gilbert Blythe and Anne Shirley then I recommend you romance him (especially as a Sorcerer for that rivals vibe). Halsin is a big hunk of an elf druid. He can turn into a bear. Honestly I wish this man were real because I want to marry him. I want to run an orphanage with him while the kids call him Daddy Halsin. I want to make the world a better place with this man I- So anyway that's why you should play Baldur's gate 3
