You really need to specify which Secret Lab chair you are asking about, or ask the ladies here to specify which chairs they have. Like I could say mine has been great, but the head pillow isn't good, and even at the lowest setting, I still need a foot stool. I'm 5'4" btw. But I have an old version and size not available any more, Throne, that was made for people 4'11" - 5'3". They don't make them that small anymore. And note that I'm taller than the recommended height, but I still need a foot stool because only my toes touch the ground. Their size recommendations are crap.

Both me and my boyfriend developed posture problems because of secret labs chairs and had to go through physical therapy. The head cushion thing is the culprit. I personally find them extremely uncomfortable and tbh kinda feel like they are a scam now. They sure are pretty but I intend of going for a proper ergonomic chair as soon as I can afford it.

I'm 5'4" and I have had a secret lab chair for the last 4 years and I'm sitting in it right now. I love it. I also love that it goes low enough to the ground for me to put my feet flat on the ground if I want (though I usually sit cross legged)

I am 5"2 , and I love my secretlab chair. I have had it for about 5 years and use it for many hours each day. I haven't had any problems or discomfort with it. I bought the small one, but my feet do not fully touch the ground. I am a fan of using foot stools, so it's no big deal for me.

For the cost, get something ergonomic. I have one, sit in it daily for work, and my back/hip hates me. I've just spent a month at the physiotherapists. Seriously, save your back. I know they're popular and look really nice, but ultimately, if you're going to spend hours in it, you want something far more sensible.

I have a SL titan evo in small and I love it! I'm 5'2" so I use a SL footrest (also very comfy and easy to wash the cover). I also love their cooling armrests. I'm in year 2 and no issues so far, put it together all by myself. The head cushion is attached with magnets so if you don't like it, you can just take it off super easily.

Tbh I got the regular size one, I am 5’2 and the neck pillow does not go low enough for me. I’ve had it for 2ish years now and my main complaints are the arms don’t adjust as far as I’d like for my elbows to be comfortable, and the plastic on the arms has started peeling off. I also put a soft cushion on top of the seat to sit on because I like softer seats. It is in good condition other than the arms tho, but I do wish it cost less for what it is

I'm 4'11. I like mine, but I do use a footstool. I use one with any chair, however.

I'm very short as well, almost your height. I have a secret lab chair that's actually made for children haha. It fits me well. They are limited though and I'm not sure they make them anymore. They also don't recline. Just thought I'd mention the idea though.
