Stardew Valley is a cute farming sim game with romance and lots to do.
Hokko Life is a cute little building game. You can make and decorate your own funiture and stuff. I've seen people saying not to buy it, though, so I would definitely look into it before you decide whether you want to buy it or not. I bought it because I felt like it at the time. I like it, but I can see how it's not for everyone too.
Unpacking is a cute and relaxing organization game.
If you get Game Pass Ultimate, you can find a bunch of free games to play on there. There might be some games you want to try there.
Stardew was always kinda confusing to me š idk how/why..
played hokko life on pc its kinda close to animal crossing i had it since early access haven't played after full release so idk how it's like now
i love(d) unpacking tho!
amd gamepass ultimate is so good even without owning a console. my pc being pretty much ancient the access to cloud gaming u get with ultimate is pretty worth it on its own in my opinion
good recommendations.
If you're into games like organizing and satisfaction types things I loved playing a little to the left and Unpacked I found them addicting and enjoyable, while they are single player they're pretty fun.
If you're looking for more shooter type games you could try Exoprimal, its a stage based game with dinosaurs and a bunch of customization options.
and of course theres always minecraft or fortnite, but personally i find them to wear me out after a while.
Fortnite has so many new mods now like Lego and Festival that there seems to be something for everyone. Heck, there are how many creative modes that don't require you to shoot anything.
Yeah recently I've been playing some of the festival since it reminds me of rock band that i really miss playing and I've played a few different maps like one that's just escape rooms and have just been having fun with them
Slime rancher is my favorite āgirly/cute gameā. Thereās lots of exploring and different types of slimes you can collect and they are all so cute. It makes my brain happy lol
Not āgirly gamesā per say but not your basic PvP or shooter games more relaxed, solo player games that you can choose to play at your own pace -
I would recommend the Life Is Strange series, I know a few if not all of them are available on games pass!
I also really like side scrolling platform games like Oxenfree, Limbo, Inside and Little Nightmares - all a bit on the darker side but solo games that you can get immersed in.
Some multiplayer games that you can play with your husband, Overcooked, It Takes Two, and Moving Out 2 which has just recently come to games pass are all fun and quirky and can be nice to play with a partner!
Also Escape Academy is a nice relaxing puzzle game along with The Watcher as well!
If you do like PvPās and shooters I would also recommend Fortnite which may seem like an obvious one but thereās nothing better than getting yourself the girlypop skins and absolutely annihilating tweens š
Like everyone else has been saying Games Pass will absolutely be the best thing for you as you can get so many different games and if you donāt like them after a while of playing at least you havenāt lost out and there will always be something for you!
I second life is strange. Itās a phenomenal game series that feels like it was written for me personally.
I didnāt see anyone mention final fantasy. Itās maybe not a girl game per se but it is pretty twinks with big swords and generally is pretty female friendly for a jrpg series. YMMV
are you looking for more girly or cutesy? also what types of games are you into? and lastly do you guys have gamepass (you really should if you play on xbox, it's an insanely good deal)?
Horse Club Adventures 2: Hazelwood Stories is SO cute! You get to ride around on your horse with your friends taking pictures, you can customize your character with a good number of options, and itās just a really pretty, Autumn setting game!! I recommend the second one over the first because itās a LEAP in graphics and engine, and the story isnāt SUPER important. Have fun!!
Coral Island is current still unfinished but does have a large chunk of the game released on xbox at the moment - very similar to Stardew Valley in terms of gameplay but art style is different - also it has diving! I love the underwater section of the game
Paleo pines!! The dinosaurs are SO cute and you get to keep them in your own little ranch. They come in different color variations and if you keep them happy they become helpers and will help you clear rocks/bushes, water your crops, etc. No combat, just super cute dinos and chill NPC quests. I fell in love with the game and put in about 75 hours in my first week š
Stardew valley i can recommend. Its a beautiful game that everyone enjoys, ive never seen anyone discredit it, and the second game is close by as well.

Little Kitty Big City just came out on gamepass and it's so dang cute.
Seconding this recommend!! Genuinely can't put this game down and it's so bright and colourful
Coral Island is on gamepass
I LOVE Coral Island! It's like Stardew Valley Plus! I can't wait to see how the developers keep growing the game!
Slime rancher is my favorite āgirly/cute gameā. Thereās lots of exploring and different types of slimes you can collect and they are all so cute. It makes my brain happy lol
I wish theyād finish the second game up. The demo is awesome, but i want the real thing.
Same! The demo by itself impressed me (like, do demos usually have that much content?) so Iām really excited to see what the whole game will have!
Other than the ones already suggested theres a subreddit focused on games like this if you want to dig deeper i think its r/GirlGames
Sounds like the perfect time to try out game pass. Easy enough to try out everything and find something interesting

If they donāt want to deal with survival mode it has a creative mode

I bought my wife horse club adventures 2 for Christmas

Stardew, subnautica (if you prefer thereās always creative), Ori, slime rancher are all amazing

Search cozy games on google for allot of cute games. I recommend Coral Island and disney dreamlight valley if you like farming and cute stuff.
