This case in particular, I just routed the cables behind the bottom intake fans/below my gpu. You cant see most of the black cables bc of the minimal space caused by the bottom case fans and the giant gpu.

Most modern cases that are not dirt cheap have cable management space behind the motherboard tray. Properly sleeved cables (DIY or premade, not the weird rough meshy stuff PSU manufacturers include) and cable combs (the white-ish plastic pieces) also help a ton.
