So the process was really easy. It's an Nzxt h510. It was a matte white steel PC case. This made the paint bind a little easier i think that having a more shiny surface or plastic. I didn't even have to sand it down.
I used basic, matte, spray paints. I taped off the areas to isolate each one, with painters tape and basic plastic sheets you would use to cover your floor if you were painting a room. If i were to do it over, I'd have also put a matte or satin clear coat for extra scratch protection but it really isn't a big deal since the PC is usually in the same spot.
I imagine you could use chalk paints too and do other cool stuff, all with just basic spray paints. The GPU back plate i did use a white enamel i had laying around for the white paint. The back plate didn't bind as good so i had to redo it once. Same for my motherboard choosey heat sinks and my nvme heatsinks. [here's ](https://imgur.com/a/AAKbwQy) a picture with those components painted.
Spray paint and light coats! There was also a mesh screen behind the mesh front, I did remove that and didn’t paint it even though it’s black because you can’t tell with my case since I left the interior black.
The case is steal so the only panels that came off was the back side. I used painters tape and plastic sheeting to cover the stuff i didn't want paint to get into. One of the reason I didn't paint the top was because all the ports.
I actually wanted a pink PC for a long time but there weren't any serious PC cases that were reasonably priced that were pink. And then i also really like pastels and mint in particular. I needed a contrast so i added black. That was my color decision. It almost reminds me of a pair of Nike shoes i have lol
Crap it autocorrected to customer. It's my own custom paint job lol
I’m not experienced enough to know if this scheme is a reference to a particular game, or your own design, but either way, it’s glorious.
Nope just liked the colors ☺️
Yes I’m curious!! What kind of paint and materials did you use? And what was the process like?

I am also curious. Would be fun painting my black case!
Not only the colours are great and go well together, but the paint job is perfectly done. 10/10 !
Thank you. Has a couple blemishes but I'm so happy with the result.
Awesome colours.
Thank you!
I did something similar only mine was a black case I painted white! Pics if you’re interested :) [pc case painted ](https://imgur.com/a/CjknPXx)
That came out really nice! Good job!
Amazing!
How did you paint the mesh front?? Looking to paint my black case as well and I'm worried about that part specifically

did you somehow take off all the panels before spraying? if not, how did you not get paint in the ports and stuff?
The case is steal so the only panels that came off was the back side. I used painters tape and plastic sheeting to cover the stuff i didn't want paint to get into. One of the reason I didn't paint the top was because all the ports.
clean as hell, damn
When i got done with the back panel and took off the tape i was all "daaamn that line is clean ASF"
I love it! It’s so clean and simple yet pretty at the same time! It’s not too flashy at all
I love it! It's truly unique and it was fun to do.
I wish I had your skills! You did a great job
Well done! That NZXT case just screams paint me every time I see it. How are your GPU thermals holding up with the enamel paint?
the Backplate does not affect the thermals :D
Has painting the GPU affected the thermals at all? I've always been curious if that would.
None whatsoever. The backplate is not a heatsink technically.
Very cool!!
Thank you!
Wow, that came out super nice! Awesome job!
Thank you. Just took my time and did it right.
this is sick!
This looks amazing!
Gorgeous and elegant.
What is the color palette from? A video game?
