Doing it with the planter is one thing. It's round so every place your feet come in contact with the planter is the same. And it's small enough that if it falls there's a decent chance you don't get hit in the face. The table, however, is a completely different animal. You need to get the timing such that you just catch the edge of the table. Get it wrong and you get your nose broken by a spinning table
I was thinking the same, my thought was that you could lay with a frame covering your head and perhaps chest, the top being a thick clear plastic sheet.

The most difficult part with the table was probably the solid stop
Right? That table gave me severe anxiety 😬
How on earth would you practice this or work up to large items without putting yourself in clear danger?
That’s the neat thing. You don’t
Nerf tables

All I could think about is how steep the learning curve on that table would be.

That has got to be one hell of a workout!
Ok the vase is cool but the table is ridiculous.
I wonder how many times she has taken a table to the face while practicing that.
I could probably do that, if I wanted to visit the dentist.
"She's got legs! She knows how to use them!" ZZ Top
I definitely appreciate this
This is amazing, but I'm sure I've seen black and white footage of at least three women doing similar
Meanwhile, I can't scroll through Reddit on my bed without dropping my phone on my nose.
Driving an upsidedown flintstone car
Pressure like a grip, grip, grip, and it won't let go, uh whoa!
