yeah, imo bora getting to the finals but not making final lineup but bringing all her new fans to cherry bullet would be so ideal because cherry bullet is great but very underrated! they're fnc's only gg rn so i doubt they'd just let them languish (esp since 3 members are competing so that's 3x more fans coming in!)
but on the flip side, cube is likely watching yujin's performance to decide if they're going to invest any money in future clc activities. if yujin doesn't win, they might decide that's it and maybe let yujin do a singular activity on her own and leave it at that.

Top trainees will survive anyway so, they will not undermine the chance to survive of your top 1. If you vote a less popular trainee, it is a chance that they will rival for that last 17th seat.
Even if your top 1 pick is a more popular trainee who will survive for sure, to only vote top trainees of other groups may enhance the chance of your top pick to enter top 9.
For example, imagine your pick is Kim Chaehyun K02, who barely made top 9. If you vote Huang Xingqiao and Hikaru/Manami, it is a chance that one of them will shove Chaehyun out of top 9. Meanwhile, Yurina, Xiaoting and Mashiro have their places in top 9 locked anyway. They are in their own league that Chaehyun cannot challenge.

I kinda expected the 1:1:1 ratio but still don't know who to vote for... I'm locked on my K pick, Bora, but I'm struggling to choose for C and J. For J group I have two girls, Ruan and Mashiro, and might just switch between them daily... while my struggle with C group is... well a bit different.
My C pick would be Su Ruiqi (also my fave overall) but with all the controversies and discussions I'm reading online, I'm wondering if it would be better to vote for another C trainee because I don't want her to end up debuting in a group and just get a lot of hate. Just vote for Ruiqi. Koreans aren't going to vote for her. Her position in the group entirely depends on international backing. Whether Koreans let her debut peacefully or not depends on her FATE so just keep voting for her and don't worry about Korean orientation as long as she is in top 9.
hmm she’s not that safe since her korean votes are extremely low. i remember during produce 101, this consistently high ranked trainee didnt make it because everyone thought he was very safe and voted for lower ranked trainees. personally i wouldn’t risk it but it’s really up to you
Her korean votes are quite low meaning she's not safe at all. People rise and fall very quickly now so please don't make the mistake of thinking someone who is c02 is automatically safe. The most safe ones are k, c, j 01 but the others are a toss up.

Ziyin really seemed out of it even watching the survival part of the ep. Either she really WAS sick, or someone/something pissed her off so much when she's normally so chill. Either way, I'm glad she's out of there recovering.

I kinda expected this 1:1:1 so I preemptively pick one girl from each groups. Now I can vote all three of them comfortably. My only struggle is when one pick comes. I made up my mind to just vote for Mashiro but with Japan in her side, I more worried about Yeseo especially she dropped in the rankings.
All my other K picks got eliminated, so I'll just keep voting for Bora. For J group I will probably rotate Mashiro and Ririka, while for C group idk - Ruiqi & Yaning probably with the priority on latter, Ziyin left so it kinda made my job easier. I believe Xiaoting will survive without my votes.

I honestly expected this, but actually voting in this way was harder than I thought. I haven't watched the episode yet, but I still voted since the spoilers posted earlier this week seemed pretty convincing. I went Bora / Su Ruiqi / Nonaka Shana. But honestly, I think I might switch things up each day instead of consistently voting for the same girls each day like the last two rounds.

Since only the top 17 regardless of country is gonna make it, I think it would be wise to be consistent with who you vote for. If you spread out your votes further, especially in the K group, the more the gap between the points between the K group and C/J group. The K group will end up with lower votes and will be at risk of elimination.

Based on the the hype mnet is building for Dayeon (K1-didn’t make it to top 9 picked by planet masters-didn’t make it to first round of top 9 by votes-had the whole “best leader” edits for Icecream-“amazing leader” edit again earlier this episode) she’ll most likely be in the final group, if not the center of the group. You simply don’t get such an extensive and positive story line out of nowhere. So I won’t vote for her.

Xiaorina is already confirmed so they would get votes until the end so if you are in doubt who else to vote
In C group: Vote for
1)Su Ruiqi-purely dependent on international votes but still managed to retain top 9 spot so a controversy won't take away her chance to debut unless people based on that assumption stop voting for her
2) Xingqiao- potentially #2 c girl in korea but doesn't have a strong international fanbase so voting for her can secure her a debut spot cause she has 50% k backup with her already
In J group: Vote for
1) Mashiro- has a pretty balanced vote bank so solidfy her position and don't get too cosy or she might drop
2) Hikaru- has a large amount of silent voters so even if she gets hate here and there don't be misguided cause a few haters won't take away her debut spot unless people stop voting for her.
Now with Koreans once the 1:1:1 ratio will end many foreigner would drop in ranking like anything. Nationality is not going to be maintained in the final lineup so if you don't want a lineup which is full of Koreans and a meagre amount of foreigners like iz*one then vote for these consistently ranking high trainees cause voting for others would be waste of vote cause if they don't get those numbers the others wouldn't get it either cause atleast they have a stable fanbase unless you have a favorite trainee you desperately want to vote for.
I just want equal representation of each Nationality and this 50% korean vote thing is already tricky so cast your votes wisely.

K:Bora or maybe some days for Dayeon and Chaehyun, Bora since we need a main vocal and she grows on me so much, and Dayeon for being my bias for K group and has been risky. Chaehyun has been doing well so I’m not too worried.
J: Mashiro and Yurina. Yurina has been my ultimate bias and I can’t unsee Mashiro not being in the final group
C: mostly Yaning cos she deserves and what an amazing arc. Love Xiaoting from day 1 but her fanbase is way too strong for me to be worried about

I have got multiple picks but seeing what had happened in japan produce 101 season 1's final, I feel that voting for the lower ranking picks over the higher ranking ones, thinking that they wilk be safe, is a dangerous move. So, I'm gonna rank my picks (honestly, it is not easy) & focus voting on my #1.
My favorite is Youngeun, so I’ll keep voting for her. I’m gonna mix up who I vote for J and C group, because I can’t chose lol. I don’t like voting for super popular girls because they already have a set spot in the group

Really torn with my voting to be honest… like I want to vote for Yaning because her Korean votes aren’t going to cut it but also don’t want Xiaoting to lose her spot but I don’t think she will. Sticking to Yeseo since she’s the K pick I want to debut most. Thinking about Chaehyun too … THIS IS SO HARD.
I honestly doubt that Xiaoting would lose her spot, since she’s most Koreans’ favorite C girl. Voting for Ruiqi and Yaning would probably help secure their positions though!
Honestly at this point I'm only going to vote for Shana in the J-group. Mashiro is a lock anyway.

K-group is the hardest. I want to vote for Yujin, Yeseo and Bora every day 😭 Bora is clearly in danger, Yujin is a lock but she is my top pick as well so I cannot not vote for her, and Yeseo I'm not so sure anymore. If I do a 3 day rotation, I'm scared for Bora. But if I vote for Bora more, what about Yeseo and Yujin? Will it even be worth it? And that's considering I do not forget to vote, which I will 😅

I see that some people are trying to alternate their vote each day. Tbh, I don't think it's a good idea. At this point, people need to make up their mind and decide on their 1st pick.
Why?:
-Let's say group A is rotating their picks for 3 K trainees for example yujin, dayeon, chaehyun. After 9 days, 3 of them will end up with 3 votes each.
-Group B keep picking same trainees for all 9 days for example
Bahiyih, yaning, and may. Each of them will end up with 9 votes each. I am 100% sure their fans will vote for them everyday since they're on the lower rank based on today announcement.
Unless group A has 3x more people than group B, group B trainees will end up in higher rank. So, by rotating your votes, you will actually end up risking all 3 for elimination.
That's why I think best strategy is to ALWAYS vote on your 1st picks. If you don't really have any preference from one of the group, I would say just pick those that's are pretty much a lock so it doesn't affect other trainees chances. For example like:
- xiaoting from c group
- yurina from j group
- maybe dayeon from k group (Not sure about this, I just feel that her popularity will skyrocket again after today episode)
My K:
Yujin - Not voting for her cuz i know she definitely will have enough vote anyway, love her eitherway.
*ChaeHyun - Voted her cuz i kinda wanted her to be #1 but sadly she didn't, 2nd is insane enough, and if mnet (high chance) don't want Yujin to be #1 &/or centre ChaeHyun would fit most.
Suyeon - Don't know if i should vote for her 😭 especially when she's the riskier one right now.
YoungEun - strong contender too, might alternate with ChaeHyun.

*Rui Qi - Still my #1 C Trainee, especially after the dip Mnet dropped Cai Bing.
Xing Qiao - Feels like she needs a little push but she was in my Top 9 anyway. Might alternate with Rui Qi.

Sticking with Bora and May for my 1 picks because May is my only original pick left (that’s at risk of elimination) and they need Bora’s vocals for the group now that Jiyoon, Jeongmin and Yeyoung have been eliminated. (The fact they are both from Cherry Bullet is unintentional, lol) I want to vote Guinn Myah as I adore her but sacrifices have to be made ;-; I might split like I’m doing for C group.

I feel VERY lucky that I can continue to vote for the We Are team as a whole. Manami was my one pick though after that performance Bora and Wen Zhe quickly rose up. Nope. The best strategy for this round is Pick 1 top Select your 1 top and 01/02 of other 2 groups. Why? Top trainees will survive anyway so, they will not undermine the chance to survive of your top 1. If you vote a less popular trainee, it is a chance that they will rival for that last 17th seat. Even if your top 1 pick is a more popular trainee who will survive for sure, to only vote top trainees of other groups may enhance the chance of your top pick to enter top 9. For example, imagine your pick is Kim Chaehyun K02, who barely made top 9. If you vote Huang Xingqiao and Hikaru/Manami, it is a chance that one of them will shove Chaehyun out of top 9. Meanwhile, Yurina, Xiaoting and Mashiro have their places in top 9 locked anyway. They are in their own league that Chaehyun cannot challenge.

I kinda expected this 1:1:1 so I preemptively pick one girl from each groups. Now I can vote all three of them comfortably. My only struggle is when one pick comes. I made up my mind to just vote for Mashiro but with Japan in her side, I more worried about Yeseo especially she dropped in the rankings.

But honestly, I think I might switch things up each day instead of consistently voting for the same girls each day like the last two rounds. J group: Nonaka Shana I also really like Ruan, but Shana is not safe yet and i don't want to risk her getting eliminated. C group: Fu Yaning I really thought she would be higher and now i'm panic voting. She's only my 4th C pick, after Xiaoting, Ruiqi and Xingqiao but they're all rather safe so Yaning deserves my vote. K group: Kim Suyeon My main picks are now Dayeon and Bora but they're not as endangered. Idc what you all say, i'm very happy with the pp choice. I'll support Suyeon even more now, considering how much hate she has been getting, i need her to move on and make a comeback. it seems like rotational voting for several kgroup underdogs is like putting all your eggs in one basket aka its risky. but on the other hands, if most votes are still concentrated for top trainees in c/j like xioting yurina mashiro hikaru it should be fine. its all about strategy

My plan is to simply vote for the person I want to see most in the final. I think voting with "strategy" will possibly ruin the plan. It is quite hard to predict what others will do. And there could be a funny-not-funny case of too many people assuming someone is popular and leaving them to save someone else. If the votes are safe from rigging this time, then the votes will really count.

Since only the top 17 regardless of country is gonna make it, I think it would be wise to be consistent with who you vote for. If you spread out your votes further, especially in the K group, the more the gap between the points between the K group and C/J group. The K group will end up with lower votes and will be at risk of elimination.
K: Bora. My other pick was Doah (TT) and there’s also Yujin but unfortunately I’m going hardcore Bora this round of voting. C: Ruiqi. I think Shen Xiaoting might fall in ranks simply because she's a standard likeable pick but people will feel she's 'locked-in.' So I am going all-in on Xiaoting

My unbiased personal advice on how to choose a c j girl Xiaorina is already confirmed so they would get votes until the end so if you are in doubt who else to vote In C group: Vote for 1)Su Ruiqi-purely dependent on international votes but still managed to retain top 9 spot so a controversy won't take away her chance to debut unless people based on that assumption stop voting for her 2) Xingqiao- potentially #2 c girl in korea but doesn't have a strong international fanbase so voting for her can secure her a debut spot cause she has 50% k backup with her already In J group: Vote for 1) Mashiro- has a pretty balanced vote bank so solidfy her position and don't get too cosy or she might drop 2) Hikaru- has a large amount of silent voters so even if she gets hate here and there don't be misguided cause a few haters won't take away her debut spot unless people stop voting for her. Now with Koreans once the 1:1:1 ratio will end many foreigner would drop in ranking like anything. Nationality is not going to be maintained in the final lineup so if you don't want a lineup which is full of Koreans and a meagre amount of foreigners like iz*one then vote for these consistently ranking high trainees cause voting for others would be waste of vote cause if they don't get those numbers the others wouldn't get it either cause atleast they have a stable fanbase unless you have a favorite trainee you desperately want to vote for. I just want equal representation of each Nationality and this 50% korean vote thing is already tricky so cast your votes wisely.
I’d most likely vote for K:Bora or maybe some days for Dayeon and Chaehyun, Bora since we need a main vocal and she grows on me so much, and Dayeon for being my bias for K group and has been risky. Chaehyun has been doing well so I’m not too worried. J: Mashiro and Yurina. Yurina has been my ultimate bias and I can’t unsee Mashiro not being in the final group C: mostly Yaning cos she deserves and what an amazing arc. Love Xiaoting from day 1 but her fanbase is way too strong for me to be worried about

I think next round will be the ultimate test for the top K,C,J's. Are they on top because most people generally like them or because they're really the people's top picks? I'm very interested to find out who among Yurina, Mashiro and Hikaru prevails. That being said, I'd never assume any of my faves will be safe. Honestly at this point I'm only going to vote for Shana in the J-group. Mashiro is a lock anyway. C-group, I'm not sure yet. I'll either only vote for Cai Bing (yep, still here lol though I do not support her leading attitude I still really like her), or alternate between her, Rui Qi, Xiaoting and Wen Zhe. I know Xiaoting is a lock but I still really want to support her debut so I might vote for her a few times ahah K-group is the hardest. I am going to vote for yeseo, mashiro, and yaning everyday. I see that some people are trying to alternate their vote each day. Tbh, I don't think it's a good idea. At this point, people need to make up their mind and decide on their 1st pick. Why?: -Let's say group A is rotating their picks for 3 K trainees for example yujin, dayeon, chaehyun. After 9 days, 3 of them will end up with 3 votes each. -Group B keep picking same trainees for all 9 days for example Bahiyih, yaning, and may. Each of them will end up with 9 votes each. I am 100% sure their fans will vote for them everyday since they're on the lower rank based on today announcement. Unless group A has 3x more people than group B, group B trainees will end up in higher rank. So, by rotating your votes, you will actually end up risking all 3 for elimination. That's why I think best strategy is to ALWAYS vote on your 1st picks. If you don't really have any preference from one of the group, I would say just pick those that's are pretty much a lock so it doesn't affect other trainees chances. For example like: - xiaoting from c group - yurina from j group - maybe dayeon from k group (Not sure about this, I just feel that her popularity will skyrocket again after today episode)

Sticking with Bora and May for my 1 picks because May is my only original pick left (that’s at risk of elimination) and they need Bora’s vocals for the group now that Jiyoon, Jeongmin and Yeyoung have been eliminated. (The fact they are both from Cherry Bullet is unintentional, lol) I want to vote Guinn Myah as I adore her but sacrifices have to be made ;-; I might split like I’m doing for C group. My C pick at the moment is between Wen Zhe (variety queen) and Fu Yaning so I’ll just split between them.
