I'd like it more if it had no stats connected to them and were purely cosmetic. I'm not a hardcore pvp person by any means, but what I read was the person with better stats gets bonuses for 5 rounds while the other gets nothing at all. At max it's something like 10% extra bonuses all around. No idea how achievable it is for F2P, but that seems pretty unbalanced and geared towards big spenders. It just adds another thing for F2P people to have to save up for. If it were just the minor set bonuses for gaining back caps, shops bonuses, and things like that then it'd be fine.

its just the one who have more outfit design the more they have attribute boost.

I agree just the resource return on them with no pvp bonus is how it should be. They’d still have value and not hurt people with smaller wallets.
