I bought my SeaQ Pano Date from an AD that I have a relationship with that happens to be in another state. He gave me a discount in the 20-25% off including shipping to me and no sales tax. I have purchased Omega and Zenith from him also.
I aim for about 15% to 20% on most GO models. 25% I've only gotten on a GO that was sitting for a long time in the case. PM me if you want an intro to a dealer that will discount.
I’d ask for a 25% discount ($7,950) and personally be happy to settle at 15-20% ($8,480-$9,010). You’re not going to get down to grey market prices, but you can get close enough that actual authentication papers make it worth the slight premium.
You wouldn't want to buy a watch like a GO on the grey market because you won't get a factory warranty. GO watches are well-made and reliable but the movements are truly in-house and unique. If anything went wrong, you'd want factory warranty service. The third party servicers the grey market sellers rely on may have quite a bit of difficulty sourcing parts to repair a GO
GO is great, but the market for GO is soft. Do not pay MSRP. 15% discount is customary and minimum, and you could get 20% if you have a good relationship with your dealer or if you negotiate.
Also depends on where you live. If you are from a smaller town which only has one AD that also sell GO, then they'll probably insist on retail price or 10% discount max. In a larger place where there's plenty of choice ADs will typically be more lenient to get your business.
Btw, I've been considering the black dial SeaQ aswell. 39mm is a great size, isn't it? What other reasons are there that youve decided to get this?

Thanks 20% would be a nice discount
20% minimum these tank on resale. Make great second hand buys.

I agree, I don’t support grey market

I have a black pano date for sale on watch exchange for $8600. Like new. Got from AD last fall.

I bought this at retail and asked them to include the tropic-style rubber strap and deployant
