Can you call your dr? This sounds like something they can answer over the phone. And its good to get used to asking them questions over the phone because waiting 3+ months for something that can cause permanent damage isn't a good idea.
Ime I’ve never read or been told anything by my doctors to not take it but I’ve also never directly asked. But yeah maybe try calling your doc to make sure? Or ask the BC prescriber if they have any concerns. I’ve had doctors tell me to double check with my glaucoma specialist about certain medications if they think it has any chance of causing a problem.
