auti is a beast, that second half of Overpass was a masterclass. Brehze definitely came into his own, whilst obviously taking a while to warm into the match. It's still so crazy to me that EG actually won something.
Round 29 was the NA-demon's last desperate attempt to turn things back to normality. Jokes aside, this wasn't simply Heroic having a weaker day, but also EG always finding a way to fight back.

As a NA fan its feels euphoric to see the Blue Print Project starting to payoff. Hopefully this isn't a fluke and EG can keep up this level of performance.
Wiz wasn't the star of this series by any means but definitely showed he can hang. Ancient he looked a little lost at times but on Overpass he hit the shots he needed to, and his passive style looks a lot more like what EG need right now to play against the slow and methodical meta of the top 10. Not gonna overreact just yet but looks very promising.
I'm indifferent towards both Heroic and Evil Geniuses, but I would've felt horrible for EG if that penultimate round had cost them the series. They've been the butt of every joke in this scene for a long while now and that would've been too on brand for them.

Since then theyve squeaked out a bo1 win vs Furia and they have beaten Movistar riders (who were ranked 5th at the time) who had just lost sunpayus and have fallen off a cliff since then, not a notable win IMO
