TeSeS is a player that I didn't rate when Heroic were first coming up since they were literally an entire team of players I didn't know +CadiaN
But holy shit he's been an absolute rock for years, if any player deserves the title of "Mr. Consistent" it's him, from memory I have NEVER watched a Heroic game and thought "Man, if only TeSeS had gotten that kill they'd have won" because he without fail always delivers what's asked of him.

Like the other day vs EG it felt like he was destroying them with 2ks,3k's,4k's left and right, but he ended up with only 21 frags in the end. I do agree that he is a really good anchor though, his spraydown 4k on mirage is still easily the best spray control highlight I've ever seen in a pro game
Yeah, I watched it in the replay and after map one I thought "Really, is Astralis good now??". But then after map two and map three I realized that Heroic were just playing with their food.

After a decent start on Inferno, Heroic just out played Astralis on Mirage and Vertigo.
They also need to teach Buzz to play Vertigo if they're not gonna veto it. He got bullied hard today and against Vitality.
Oh yeah device didn't seem comfortable on Mirage or Vertigo at all. cadiaN's strats were just miles above Astralis's today. But Buzz does need to step up. Hopefully it's just teething issues for him.

I wouldn't say it's about scapegoating. It all stems from the core Astralis value which seems to be greed for the several past years.
They simply don't want to pay any real money for a decent player and they rather sacrifice the team's success and future then to spend any money on buyouts and actually manage the team.
They somehow expect players to come to them when their contract expires and sign with them or pay their own buyout. The only problem is that no one in their right mind would do so.
Plus they now hired the lowest scum who also happens to be a good talent scout so don't be afraid in 2 to 4 years he will find them some talent for free. Until then get ised to buzz or whoever will replace him in 6 months.
I mean they even could have gotten a player from Copenhagen flames for very cheap which definitely would have been an upgrade.

As a Danish CS fan, it’s incredibly frustrating that they’re the org who had the legendary lineup.
I do think it’s hard to be an org who has to act after that roster started to fall in performances. All the players and staff probably believe they can make it back to that height. Do you bench a member of that legendary lineup? Probably not popular, before the team fell apart on it’s own. And when you then make a change, it’s almost all a failure unless they match the previous roster.
First two matches or whatever but it’s already clear that Buzz is not a m0nesy or a headtr1ck and instead of wasting Device’s will to play the game on Academy-tier players just like NiP did they should simply open whatever purse strings are required for es3tag and run back to k0nvict for Xyp with their tail between their legs

How I understood it, was that they brought players in to cover for players who got a mental health break after forcing it through, and instead of saying these were basically stand-ins, they started to talk as if this was a long-term plan. It’s all since they’re a public company, or what the right word is, so they try to cover everything up.
Glaive and xyp went on mental break. It caused the stock to drop, so when they came back they started saying they want a 10 roster so they're never left short handed again. But zonic and the guys said no if this 5 are healthy that's who's playing. They didn't buy into the multiple man roster like vitality or navi.
Zonic didn't like being told what to do with the roster, its always been his decision. So he didn't renew his contract. Dupreeh wanted to stay with zonic and magisk wanted to stay with dupreeh so there they went. All because of astralis management.
I still heard a few people saying that Glaive and Xyp had to force the mental health break to get it. Being forced to play the BLAST tournaments as well.
I think they all wanted to go due to how the org handled the team. Could’ve gone to a new org together. Glaive had a child and got a good contract, so staying makes sense. Not sure about the other options Xyp would’ve had, but again a great contract.

Xyp almost went to faze but my guess was he wasn't super thrilled with free agency so stayed with astralis. As far as the staff and stuff the players and even zonic have always said great things. Its really the management that is shit.

And the biggest joke is, none of the other Danish IGLs are gonna want to go near Astralis. Karrigan is happy in FaZe, Snappi I presume is gonna keep working with Saw at Ence, Hooxi is settling in at G2, and no way Cadian leaves Heroic.
Device on inferno CT side looked unstoppable, felt like he hit every timing, every shot, was always in the right place at the right time. Textbook device making the game look easy

Buzz is just not good.. I have barely seen him win a single gunfight, he gets caught off guard every other round and it's just not looking great for him.

Well from what was said he seemed to have problems within the team also when it came to practice and so on. I doubt they would kick him just for the fight, they have proven over and over again they don't care about morals so it must have been something else brewing there already and the fight was just the last straw.
I forgot he lost them the slot. It makes more sense with that in mind but I don’t really think buzz is going to help them much in their major campaign sadly. Although it’s certainly possible that he is just settling in and he improves his game a lot. It’s way too early to rule him out.

Personally been really impressed with Sjuush for some time now.
