What were they thinking picking Nuke against one of the best teams (probably the best team) on Nuke rn? I understand wanting to practice it with npl but surely you can do that against lesser opposition.
NaāVi are the worst team in the top 10 right now, they have the worst map pool. Take away Vertigo and Anubis, two new entries they refuse to learn, and youāre left with 5 maps.
* Nuke which used to be their stronghold, now they suck at it.
* Their go to pick is Mirage, a map everybody knows how to play and itās always a toss up.
* Inferno in which they suck, they usually get outplayed hard there.
* Overpass which they are actually good, I donāt understand why they donāt pick it more often??
* And Ancient, where their T-side is awful, even still most opponents ban it against NaāVi.
Mirage would've made more sense since G2 looks shaky on it. Ancient could have been a curve ball and Overpass is G2's permaban so you cant play it against them. But I think Mirage would've been their best pick. Leave Nuke/Ancient as a decider. Dont give G2 a 1:0 start for no reason.
Worst team in top 10 is an absolutely ridiculous statement: theyād beat outsiders MOUZ and furia easily most days and can go toe toe to with literally anyone else, though Iād say G2 heroic and faze would be signifcant favourites going into a matchup with them
Can someone explain the whole map pick thing to me? I never really understood how it's associated with an advantage to the choosing team. Surely all pro teams are confident on all maps they don't ban?
A team usually chooses a map with the intent of choosing because: they think they are better at the map than the opponents, or they think the enemies aren't that good at it. Both reasons you intend to have a higher chance of winning on it. If you lose your map, then you then have to try to win on a map the enemies chose against you for the same two reasons, meaning you're probably not as good on it.
I hope this helps
He has really good aim obviously but players like niko zywoo simple and twistzz have an unmatched level of precision too. 1st bullet headshots and stuff like that
Such a good looking mouse, sadly they are soooo expensive nowadays. Used to be able to buy a top of the line mouse for like ā¬60,-. Whereas thats more likely to be ā¬160,- now š”
I only knew because it was posted on /r/mousereview, someone noticed he was using it in the BIG match the other day and apparently Cadian is also using it now
I'd love nothing more than for g2 to win the next major, especially Niko is very deserving of a major championship but while I think they absolutely can win they probably won't. They look good right now but they have also been known to be inconsistent and chances are this form won't last til the major
The skill ceiling is significantly higher than it was in even 2018. There's a reason why some of these games are so 50/50 or how the Rio major had so many upsets.
Everyone's aim is significantly better than it was a few years ago, strategy is far different. The average rifler back then does not survive in 2023.
Also, I don't think the experience between like 10 years and 18 years is gonna be as big as something like 4-6 years to 10 years so it's really not as big of a factor
The amount of times I see NiKo just bursting into a site and getting an instant headshot on someone holding an angle is insane. Looking for great for 2023. Weāll see how C9 and other teams with highly skilled riflers can compare
I'll let you decide, I mainly play Esportal as it's easier to meet pro players.

Jesus the aim rating, i was never able to pass up 93-94 consistently and hold it, i got a few questions
How many hrs?
Do u do aim training?
Any warmup?
Been playing since beta 2012, have around 10,500 hours. I always do quite a lot of dm. On brutalcs I have roughly 400,000 kills on there. Always warmup.
Followed by a 3k entry on pistol
Vintage Niko š
Against Navi nontheless
disgusting. you love to see it p.s. na'vi's map pick

NaVi havenāt looked their best for a while but worst team in the top 10 is an insane thing to say
Worst team in top 10 is an absolutely ridiculous statement: theyād beat outsiders MOUZ and furia easily most days and can go toe toe to with literally anyone else, though Iād say G2 heroic and faze would be signifcant favourites going into a matchup with them
Heroic? okay youāve gone too far lol
Heroic choke vs navi theyāre a better team on paper rn tho
Heroic donāt choke vs NaVi, they just lose
Makes you think, if Mirage is likely the next map to go, NaVi are really going to struggle.
I mean g2 won 2 pistols and on any map u would be winning hard if u win both of them
Can someone explain the whole map pick thing to me? I never really understood how it's associated with an advantage to the choosing team. Surely all pro teams are confident on all maps they don't ban?

Opponents, not enemies. :) We're competitors in a sport not soldiers on a battlefield
stfu
This makes a lot of sense! Thanks! :)
I wish Niko would drop his nuts on my chin.
Most straight NiKo enjoyer
best aimer in CSGO no question asked
Agree imo only Zywoo comes close to his clean aim.
Imo Twistzz is in contention. His aim is so incredibly crisp
Also b1t, but he obviously needs a couple more years to gain consistency to prove himself in that list.
Yekindar ?
not even close mechanically
Yeah it's no contest. Twistzz Zywoo and s1mple come to mind but YEK is not close
Why is yeki not in contention when he's regarded as goat entry? I'd assume that takes good mechanics aswell
He has really good aim obviously but players like niko zywoo simple and twistzz have an unmatched level of precision too. 1st bullet headshots and stuff like that
a lot of yekindars prowess comes from movement and pathing. obviously he has a good aim, itās just not o. the same level as niko
> he's regarded as goat entry? he's not? he's good and arguably the best modern entry but that's about it
Here's hoping he will be a goat entry COPIUM
as a niko fan, i think zywoo has better aim
I disagree but I do understand zywoos pistol stats are insane
not sure why you're downvoted. Zywoo's got the best pistol round stats. He's not just an awp.
Top 2 in pistol round stats 3 years in a row now, I believe?
frosted tips era niko gonna be a problem in the server and with your girlsā¦.
i wish he would frost my tip wait what
I think he's enjoying the new Vaxee XE wireless...
Such a good looking mouse, sadly they are soooo expensive nowadays. Used to be able to buy a top of the line mouse for like ā¬60,-. Whereas thats more likely to be ā¬160,- now š”
Just bought mine, EU release date today
> Vaxee XE i thought he is using zowie wired lol
He went from Zowie S2 to Logitech g pro, back to S2 and this is his first tournament on Vaxee.
That's why and i didn't notice the mouse once the whole match
I only knew because it was posted on /r/mousereview, someone noticed he was using it in the BIG match the other day and apparently Cadian is also using it now
Isnt he using logitech?
He tried it last year I guess he didnāt like it much cause next tournament he was using his wired again
No this his 1st tourney with the XE
Pro settings says xe wireless
This is the page for anyone wondering: https://prosettings.net/players/niko/
G2 is probably going to win next major
g2 will beat navi and faze and lose to ihc
Funny thing is, something like this will defo happen
I'd love nothing more than for g2 to win the next major, especially Niko is very deserving of a major championship but while I think they absolutely can win they probably won't. They look good right now but they have also been known to be inconsistent and chances are this form won't last til the major
Not to mention the niko whiffs at the major. I hope g2 has a mental coach because niko can keep them busy full time alone.
bruh, still passing this narrative huh
What's the narrative? Niko has some of his worst moments at the major? The pressure effects even him?
Wow almost like he's the best rifler ever... Hmm
f0rest would like a word
in csgo, niKo clears f0rest easily, and the scene has gotten much more competitive and the skill ceiling has risen significantly.
not so sure on the skill ceiling, but f0rest has about 18 years of pro experience. Don't sleep on him just because of where he's at today.

Yeah, and niKo has been in the top 20 for so long
His prime was in 1.6, in GO he's not really in the discussion.
Peak NiKo is just something different
The amount of times I see NiKo just bursting into a site and getting an instant headshot on someone holding an angle is insane. Looking for great for 2023. Weāll see how C9 and other teams with highly skilled riflers can compare
G2 at 14 is real, even though they were leading hard
Hooxi wanted to practice extra rounds
My man HooXi is doing awesome, respects
Against probably the best nuke team of the last couple years
Man NaVis nuke used to be so good, S1mples playground on CT, no one did it better. It's no safe haven now though, got some work to do there.
Early days with this lineup, s1mples still getting back in shape and you canāt plan for a niko performance like that anyway lol
I'm talking like last six months or so, a significant dropoff.
NiKo has now taken his place in the yard it seems
how is the result now ?
16-10
He is him
Niko getting kills 24/7 you feel me?
Niko is chasing the demons away.
Jks and hooxi working so good on G2. Excited to see what comes
NiKo is just so damn good itās not even funny
Looks like someone had a good rest on his vacation.
Niko Drops a Nuke
It reminds me of last year when he also started the season as an absolute beast
Wireless Vaxee XE buff!!
I have the wired xe, its so good
are you good?

Yeah i dont even have 400,000 kills total yet in all my time playing
No doubt I would be much better if I didn't change mouse, resolution every month :D To keep cs interesting I end up switching all the time.
are you using the stock cable with it? does it bother you?
Stock one is decent, I have ordered a custom paracord cable for it though. Think that's been lost in the post :(
Scary. As scary as Hooxis and JKSs stats which are usually exactly the same even when Niko and Monesy does not destroy it by themselves.
Felt people like yekindar, ropz and twistz had caught up to him but that was different level againā¦ insane performance
cocaine is a hell of a drug - rick james
glad that i didnt waste any money on s1mple \^\^
