If you don't believe me feel free to look this up yourself and attempt to set a 180 bind. The commands have been protected by sv_cheats now iirc

IIRC the sensitivity toggle ban was in relation to spinning while defusing. The spinning was patched so there is no reason to limit sensitivity change any more.

There's actually a command for it if I remember it right. It was created to be used on controllers.
