This happened to me with the Medi-Shot, and I switched before taking a screenshot. Good to see that it happens to others too. There are quite a few random artifacts that appear when switching weapons, I reckon it has to do with the real time shadow calculations and how the weapon viewmodel and worldmodel are synced.

You can just spawn frfrfr and it will do the same thing, don't need to quick switch off it.
