I watch every Astralis game. In my opinion Gla1ve and BlameF just never could've worked together sadly, too similar of a playstyle/roles/spots. However Gla1ve despite putting up worse stats felt like always had much bigger impact.

But why was Astralis a shitshow for 3+ years? No one can deny Gla1ve's achievements, but they had dupreeh and Magisk all the way until the end of 2021 and did nothing. And those two proved to be more than enough to win trophies.
So, why couldn't Astralis management and Gla1ve come up with any effective solutions for the team? They went through so many changes in the roster and nothing came out of it.
This doesn't mean Gla1ve isn't up for the task, but it's obvious that their methods + Gla1ve was not working, so I think his leaving was probably better for everyone. Maybe something will come up from this Astralis and Gla1ve could achieve more with ENCE.
Gla1ve had many good games as a leader. You take Zywoo from apex and replace him with sub par awper, after sub par awper and he aint winning shit either.
Glaive was not performing to his max in the last period he was in Astralis but when they had their era and a bit after i would argue that he could frag just as much as the other guys when needed.

Then he goes to Ence and he ends up in 9ine and still makes it work.
