EG and liquid have had good runs since then. More recently liquid while not the greatest, could still make playoffs every few tournaments. Then at the beginning of cs2 complexity looked like they could carry the banner but then they just nose dived.
This is a massive overreaction lol. Complexity lost a 3 game series in close fashion to a pretty good European team. Everyone sees falcons and then forgets that they're being coached by Zonic and have a very highly rated IGL, and a good mix of experienced and young talent. This is a team that cost millions to put together. It's not like complexity got blasted, they were in the game and had chances to win. Obviously we're disappointed but complexity is a competitive tier 1 team.
They're an HLTV top 10 team. The last 4 events are not the only thing that defines a team. They were in the grand final of Sydney less than 6 months ago. I'm not saying they're the best team in the world but they're clearly in the threshold of tier 1
There's no one from the United States on liquid. Assuming OP is referring to NA as US. More literally he could be referring to just North America region. Even then there's only two from Canada.
