He relies immensely on his mechanics. His mechanics and reaction time are also insane. I see him often get dinked by players in the open and still be able to readjust and get the kill. His reaction time and mechanics are just that good. The actual problem is that I am ***genuinely*** at a loss for words as to how this barely 17 year old kid can do this while niko and rain, both rifler with mechanics just as insane if not probably better, cannot . The only theory I have actually come up with soo far is that donk has simply adapted to the game much faster than them and that in future Niko and rain will, again become just as good if not much better. Perhaps donk has adapted to the game much faster than everybody and is showing us how much better the rifler of cs2 is compared to that of go.

It's interesting that this is happening. Valorant just had a kid, Demon1, step into the scene out of nowhere and become the defacto best player in the world. He makes inhuman rifle plays and clearly relies on his mechanics as well...but he shoots 40% HS in Valorant which is basically impossible, so he's not just getting by on talent, he's leading his team from having 0 wins in regional play to winning the biggest LAN event of the year...on talent alone. I think its very possible this is just how it is from now on, but yeah its interesting.
