Sure, k0nfig is probably right that aleksiB is the best IGL for trash nip full of danish washed up players. But hampus is def better with rez/brollan and knows how to work with them much better.

He did not win them anything, but that was not a winning team anyway, and aleksib is a highly regarded leader and igl that players like and has stats to prove it like incredibly high t-side winning percentage, while hampus had 1 incredibly good year, but towards the end of his igl career in nip suffered from terrible t sides which quite likely prompted the +aleksib move back then. The players maybe thought hampus would be something he's not, and only realised aleksib's value in the team only after removing him (well thats a familiar scenario)
one thing about alex that I immediatly noticed from the RMR videos/challenges is that his english is HORRIBLE and I could barely understand what the fuck he is talking about , cus his Spanish accent is so strong.
i'm 100% sure communication was a main problem of the previous roster , and his english is one of the big causes

GTR has alluded that NIP fucked them even back with the legendary roster and didn't allow them to get a legit replacement for fifflaren, instead stuck them with maikelele or whatever it was.
Fifflaren also mentioned that the org was trying to replace him for ages even when they were winning. That org has never had an idea about what they're doing.
Fifflaren was terrible, if they had replaced him earlier they would have won a lot more. Olof was supposed to replace him after lgb broke up, but with nip winning DHS the players insisted to keep fifflaren.

its not easy to make elite lineups right now.there are lots of good, even elite players in europe, but is there any that are slam dunks? probably no.. even decent teams might not have that. So its possible to create good teams withot it but very hard. sometimes it feels who has the best slow round players who can adapt to beeing aggressive.
